Review 1：We were put into a small room compared to our other friends who went with us - because we had a dog. This kind of derogatory pet policy was not mentioned beforehand in the booking.com site. We have a very friendly Labrador as a pet and have been to many motels with him before. Never have we been discriminated like this. The owner of the hotel told us that room was earmarked for guests with pets. How come booking.com never even mentioned to us about that? The room was in extremely broken condition and seems to have been self fixed multiple times without any professional help. What's worse was even on our request the hotel owner declined to move us to another room inspite of the motel mostly being empty on Christmas. We are very disappointed.

Review 3：Clean room/bathroom, very comfortable bed. Great for one night stay. There is still work to be done on the exterior of the buildings, but we didn't stay at the motel during the day.

Review 14：It was advertised as an efficiency, and that's why we booked it. We were first given keys for an ordinary room. Complained and were given what they call an efficiency. There was a stove, fridge and sink but no dishes, pots and pans or cutlery. When we complained we were given 2 paper plates, and 2 plastic forks and knives. Then the stove didn't work and we had to complain about that. If we were told that we needed to bring our own dishes etc.........things would have been different!

Review 18：Terrific week in an upgraded unit that was HUGE! Two beds, full bathroom, full seating area, kitchen area with microwave, full-size fridge with freezer, table and chairs...it was lovely to be so spoiled! I was only five minutes from Tim Horton's and grocery stores and, about fifteen minutes to Pt. Pelee National Park, where I spent most of my time. Vinod and Gheeta (please forgive any spelling error!) are warm and gracious hosts, whose commitment to ensuring a fully satisfactory stay, is paramount. I'll definitely be back! My thanks to you both!
Review 19：We found the bed too soft so couldn't get comfortable. The room was too warm although we didn't check if the air conditioner worked. Opened the windows which made the traffic noise that much louder.
Review 20：We liked using the fridge and microwave. The small table to have a snack was convenient too.The shower worked well.
Review 21：No bad experience at all! Just could have had a small pot to boil water in or a kettle, so we could make our own coffee and tea in the morning. There is a 7-11 next door, so we got our morning $1 coffees :)

Review 27：it isn't a flashy hotel but it was perfect for what I needed. I was in Leamington to visit friends so I didn't spend a ton of time in the hotel but it was perfect for me. A nice bed, awesome shower and the staff was amazing!
Review 28：I'd much rather spend a few dollars more and have WiFi that actually works. There was a ridiculous amount of noise in the morning behind our room... it was very annoying. The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were far too small, and the room was rather sparse. The room felt cheap. Clean, but cheap. But not cheap enough to be worth staying here again. Spend a few extra bucks and stay some where you'll actually get a good nights sleep.

Review 31：we were at another unit this time & for $10 more it is bigger but most importantly the beds were just as comfortable - dh & I are former flight attendants & have spent many nights away from home - this is in top 5 as to comfort of sleep - this unit had a bigger fridge & bathroom was big enough to be handicapped qualified if toilet could do direct transfer but with walker there would be no problem - it is quiet & with 1 1/2 to 2 minute walk there is a convenience store with hot dogs, fresh fruit etc.- we've walked further inside some hotels - run by a personable but quiet man & his wife who have always been cordial & welcome us as return guests - we have dibs on this room but I won't tell number so it won't be overbooked next time we go

Review 40：No coffee machine in the room. Also nothing to do with the Motel...the flys on the beach and in the parks were incredibly bad. "Stable Flys" apparently. Very bad!! I would say that owners should look into small coffee machines in the room.
Review 41：We are always surprised by the photos posted and what you really see when you arrive. Its not always a bad thing. In this case it was what I expected. A simple Motel with rooms that have only the bare essentials. Very clean room with TV, fridge, microwave, nice bathroom and lost of storage for suit cases etc... Right next door was a 7 eleven store which was very convenient. Down the road 1 long block was a Tim Hortons for that morning cup of java. The owners were very friendly and offered to give us anything we asked for (within limits of course). If you are in Leamington to go to the water for the day this is perfect place for you money. My 2 year old Boxer enjoyed it!!!
