Review 1：Total price I was quoted was $43.23. Once at motel it went up to $55.00. Clerk said it didn't include tax and room fee once at motel. I did show him total price I received but yet he wanted to argue why it went to $55. I just wanted the price I was given on website.
Review 2：Really good deal for the price, but this place needs a curfew. First night was wonderful, second night, I got woken up at 2 in the morning, by the room next door who were simply talking loud. Insulation isn't really present, so people need to understand that at some point, 10-11, no more noise can be made as it is a place to sleep. Not a pub/club/bar. Other than that, everything was awesome. Very clean, large room, easy access location, friendly staff, etc.
Review 3：New cleaning staff brought the wrong number of towels and one day left the door to the room unlocked! Also, staff available only from 11 am to early evening, so resolving problems isn't easy.
Review 4：Clean, parking right in front of room, easy to find, microwave, mini-fridge (needed defrosting) and internet. Also close to Canada Day celebrations by car but away from traffic and crowds.
Review 5：Had a small parking problem (neighbour taking two spaces) but the owner quickly and professionally cleared this up on the spot.

Review 7：Twice we had problems with doors that wouldn't lock, or doors that wouldn't open! Had to call a locksmith eventually. Rooms were generally clean but there were dirty tissues on our bathroom floor. A little out of the way if visiting friends in Ottawa, as we were. Curtains didn't close all the way, so people could peek in your room.

Review 9：Front desk staff is not always available at their posted hours, especially during weekends. The ceiling fan makes noise if used. It got the old CRT TV in the room. Impossible for an absolute privacy as the partition walls for the rooms are not sound proofed and cars are parked right in front of the rooms.
Review 10：We have requested for a non-smoking room, and it was indeed a good size very clean & well organized non smoking room with a small fridge and a microwave oven in it. Extra pillow and blanket were also there too. The washroom has a Whirpool, which we enjoyed very much. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, but she was not there at all hours what was posted on their bulletin board.
Review 11：smell of cigarette smoke bothered us too much as a non-smoking couple, all our clothes had bad smell. In the morning we couldn't find anyone to leave the key, the office was closed.
