Review 1：Our room door was difficult to lock up. The bed was a little hard for me, but that's not your fault.
Review 2：The fellow at the front desk was very helpful with instructions about where to eat, and his family was friendly when we met them later on the property. We enjoyed the convenience of the kitchenette so that we could have dinner in the comfort of our room instead of having to eat in a restaurant with 3 young children.
Review 3：Rooms were dirty, went to use the washroom when we first got there and whoever used it before me didn't flush. No ice machine. Walls are super thin, I could hear the people next to us use the toilet.

Review 5：Few rooms in motel, early morning shower, the water temperature would gofrom freezing to scalding repeatedly - I was scalded with the hottestwater I have ever experienced (back and then face) - luckily I was quickto react - if that was a child it would have been very very serious -upon returning my key, I advised the man of this his exact responses,"yeah yeah we will check it"

Review 10：we were woken at 2 am by neighbors making an incredible amount of noise!.. banging, loud tv and voices that did not stop until 5 am!!!!! Not impressed. The bathroom was so small and the sink that we had to use the toilet as a counter for our toiletries.
Review 11：The beds were ok, the sheets were clean and there was a TV for viewing, however the position of the TV was right in the way of the entrance and if you were not carefull you would hit your head.
Review 12：Room was hot and stuffy; air-conditioner placed in bathroom did very little to make the room better. AC was located in window above toilet...chilled my neck at an inopportune time. Not enough room to walk around the bed, sat in side chair and sunk close to the floor, insect droppings in corners of bathroom. If we hadn't been so tired we would have never slept. Wi-fi connection erased our other settings, causing software failure. All in all, a miserable experience.

Review 15：This is a simple, spartan motel that focuses on all of the important things-- welcoming and friendly staff (family-owned and operated), clean room, bathroom and linens, and a very comfortable bed (with good pillows-- plus one extra!). There are some plastic lawn chairs on the sidewalk outside the doors to the rooms-- we enjoyed sitting in them while having a glass of wine and watching the August super moon.

Review 60：The toilet had residual urine on the outside and base of toilet. The bathroom had dirty corners. There was no alarm clock and not enough pillows. We went out of our way and changed the order of our visits so it wouldn't be a late check it for the proprietor. We indicated we would be back late, (after midnight) and were put next to a family that had a loud 6am start.
Review 61：the only thing we can think of was that the mirror at the dresser unit was unusually low and for two people who are 5'7'' and 5'11" we found it comical that when we look at ourselves for the last minute check before going out the door we could only see from our shoulders down so we had to crouch a little.

Review 64：Shower would get very hot for a few seconds, then very cold, if person next door (or beside them) used plumbing also. Happened to me during each of my showers. Not the end of the world, but annoying.

Review 66：we ask for a room with 2 beds and kitchenette. But the room was not practicle for us .There was a separated room with TV and the other bed was just beside the stove and fridge . The table was unstable, we did'nt want to eat there. The room was much too warm and it was difficult to sleep in that room , the other had air conditionned. The owner told us that the room has been renovated but the bath was very old and the furniture was ok but far then new. When you open the window to refresh the room parts of the store were falling.

Review 69：We had a recently renovated room with new beds/mattresses, carpets, refurbished bathroom etc and found it very comfortable. It is also very conveniently located to the downtown core. We would definitely consider staying here in future.

Review 86：Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for the use of the BBQ and picnic table. Perhaps cooking utensils and a cleaning brush could be provided along with some washing up liquid so customers can clear up. We liked the recreational area and the flower beds which break up the large expanse of car park and make a nice meeting place. The rooms are clean and comfortable with adequate facilities. We had a wonderful time and hope to see you again next year.
Review 87：This is a great motel for the price. Centrally located in Leamington. We stayed here when visiting Point Pelee National Park. This is our third stay at the hotel. Very clean and the beds are comfortable.
