Review 1：I found it a bit impersonal, and having an attached casino was odd. It seemed like it should be a bit more intimate, given it's moderate size. We had some issues with our room...broken air conditioner and a door to the balcony that wouldn't open properly, but they moved us to a room next door, and did fix the issues in the first room.

Review 2：The view is stunning across lago Llanquihue, and the rooms and bathrooms are very nice. The spa is gorgeous. The location in town is very handy. The breakfast buffet which was included in the room price, was very complete and excellent. This was a very good value.

Review 4：I stayed in their suite, which is located at the delta roof part of the hotel. The room was great for its space and the view of the lake.

They don't really have a concierge service which could be helpful when you want to book tours and need information to make decisions

Review 15：My husband and I really enjoyed staying at the Hotel Dreams de los Volcanes. The location right at the lake was excellent. Modern and well furnished, the hotel was very comfortable. Service was great with every one helpful and smiling, the provided hotel car park was a bonus. From the hotel you are minutes away from town and it's easy to walk around.
