Review 1：The poor management skills and lack of information i was needed to secure a stay with best western plus hotel located in brampton

Review 2：I booked a hotel with you for new years eve. They asked for a visa card and i used my debit visa to purchase the room. Once i got there i was told i could not book a room because it wasnt a strict visa card, it was a debit visa. I had asked to use my mothers card which they wouldnt allow, and once i found out it was because they needed a deposit i even offered 500 dollars cash and was still denied my stay. New years eve a night to celabrate a remember, i was 55 minutes away from home and ended up not being able to find a hotel near by with rooms available. My nights was ruined. No where on the website did it say i was unable to use my debit visa. I will NEVER EVER book with you again!

Review 3：Inconsiderate, front desk attendant was rude and baligerant booked at 67 dollars at arival they insisted on over 200 dollars. Asked to speak with the manager was told he was not available. Called the manager got a voice mail. Left a message asking he call me. Never received a call back. Credit card charged 102 dollars and I did't even stay there. Avoid this corrupt establishment at all cost

Review 6：The best thing is the washroom was so clean. And I requested toothpaste and brush and i get it right away and the guy at the reception is so nice and professional. I will recommend everyone about this hotel.

Review 7：the garbage bin was full and overflowing. at one point there were 3 racoons in the bin, followed by a skunk and then a possum. We had our room cleaned every other day and one day it was missed. Had to go to front desk to ask for clean towels and was told that they were out of face cloths and hand towels

Review 13：Only problem I had was that the shower hot and cold supply lines were reversed, such that the shower got hotter as you turn the control in the directions clearly labeled "colder", and vice versa. I reported this to the staff - but it should have been corrected long ago, I'm guessing. I assume this error only affects the one room, not the whole hotel. The auto route to Highway 410 North involves a lengthy route through a shopping center, not ideal.

Review 14：The room was fine in all respects except as noted in the "Didn't Like" box. The breakfast was better than average for this level of hotel. A mini-fridge is included in the room.

Review 15：If there are tour groups staying, the next morning you can get your breakfast very early in comfort, or you can forget it altogether because the tour groups totally occupy the breakfast area for 60-90 minutes. And there are no trays so taking the food back to the room means several trips.

Review 20：The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. My husband hadn't been feeling well and couldn't eat. It was close to 10:30 pm when we checked in. I inquired about possibly delivery from pizza places. He gave me the number for 4 different Pizza places! We chose Pizza Nova (had never tried) and the delivery person was friendly and the pizza was delicious!!! The bed was so comfortable just heaven!!!

That was refused without a $70.09 charge for an$80 room. Utterly ridiculous. I book rooms 20 to 30 times a year. Ioften require early check in because of my health. I have never not everbeen refused.mgr / owner wouldn't even take my calls as I wasinformed I was being charged for the room. No cancellations. I willnever stay in a best Western again

And half the food containers were empty. Also not enough tongs to pick food up. Kids were touching food and putting things back :(

Review 40：Booked through Booking-com, but called ahead to confirm. I connected with Will, Front Desk Specialist, before the trip, I liked him then. Met him again upon arrival, and he was the most gracious and accommodating host. He went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure that we got the best room available. At one point, he left his post, to check upon the availability of 2 adjoining rooms, to make sure that they were both ready, as they had not yet shown on the computer. Will made up feel comfortable right up front, and that set the pace for a comfortable 5-day family stay. Housekeeping staff was the best, so was the breakfast crew. All in all I give them a stellar review. I had absolutely no complaints.

Review 41：I had booked a business King sized room, but received a Queen sized room instead because the hotel was fully booked. The room was just behind the checkin desk which was convenient but also high traffic and noisy.

Review 72：The parts that I did not like were that I booked ahead of time andrequested that have a business king room on the ground floor with a doorto the outside. As I did book this ahead of time, when I arrived at thecounter to check in, I was advised that they were all taken because theywere busy. I don't understand the point of booking ahead if it doesnot make a difference what you request. I did not appreciate having tolug my bags up to the second floor when I feel I should have had a roomreserved on the first floor as I requested ahead of time. Also, as Ihave stayed in hotel/motels before, each one of them would havecoffee, tea available 24/7... on the second night of our stay, wewent down to the lobby at around 8:00pm to get some coffee, come torealize that the machines are off and they do not have coffee availableor any sign that indicates coffee is no longer available after breakfastor after certain time. That was a little disappointing.

Review 97：Like other reviews. The hot tub was full of sand. But unlike other viewers, I realize this is filter sand and not dirt. After speaking to the front desk, they informed me that the pool maintenance company has been called and are scheduled to come back but have been negligent to actually show up. At this time of year this is not surprising since all residential pools are closing and Pool companies are extremely busy. This is meant to be a note only and not really a black mark against the hotel.

Review 114：The service was poor. The room was not as requested (it was supposed to be a suite but was a regular room). For some reason the staff insisted two people were supposed to be in the room (which wasn't the case, I checked after I hadn't made a mistake). And the staff was irritated when he checked my address, meanwhile he was the one checking the wrong file. The whole thing made my stay rather disappointing and not at all relaxing. And it was supposed to be a treat to myself!! It took way too long to check-in and I didn't even feel like going back to ask for a new room (I heard the hotel was complete anyway).
