Review 1：Upon arrival, I had booked a ground floor room and told them I had a dog, Was 1st given an upper floor room and was questioned about the dog shedding. Then when I got to the room , I was informed of a room change. To a lower level room and no dog issues.
Review 2：Was a total pleasure staying here, very comfortable!
Review 3：Restaurant/bar still advertised outside, and a menu is present, but it has apparently been closed for a while. Quite noisy at night owing to hotel design/parking.

Review 5：The couple next door were fighting and he was swearing and banging walls from at least 1am to 4:30am. It was scary and we kept thinking it would stop. We did not get much sleep. We had been told in the morning it was a wedding party who was on both sides of us. Perhaps next wedding party should have all their rooms booked together and other guests far away.

Review 7：Nice little, cozy motel. Very comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Close to eating areas, no attractions but that's not why we were there.
Review 8：The bed was hard as were the pillows. They also didn't supply hypoallergenic pillows. The restaurant and bar was closed and this was not disclosed at the time of booking

Review 10：We were interrogated when we checked in, a number of pieces of ID were asked for and full payment was required before we even saw the room. this was not a good start. Their advertisement notes that there is a restaurant; it is closed for renovations, which we would have preferred to know before we booked this motel.

Review 12：We thought we wouldn't stay cause we had a friends parent who we had just learned had passed away that day shortly before we arrived. So we wanted to cancel and just go home. 3 hours away. But they would not let us out of the fee because we booked through Booking.com. So we stayed. I just would have thought there would be some things in place to help allow for this type of thing. If I knew in advance I would have given the 24 hour notice but this was short notice. Sorry we didn't know this death would happen. ::((

Review 14：The room was rather small for a family, and a little dark - dark coloured walls and could have used more lights. The bathroom sink drained very slowly.
Review 15：The person who checked us in was very pleasant. Inside the room, it was nice to have a frig and a microwave. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The decor was tasteful. The outside was kept well with lovely flowers and shrubs.

Review 34：The restaurant was not good, we sent our appetizers back because they were cold. Main course was salmon and it was RAW in the middle they just couldn't prepare food as well as they stated.

Review 82：Lighting in room. The fluorescent light was terrible but there was only one low-wattage bedside lamp and a desk lamp as alternative. The outlets are there so please bring back another bedside lamp and increase the wattage. Also, the dark wood blinds severely limit the amount of light through the window and they are heavy. Recommend replacing with curtains and sheers like other hotel rooms.

Review 84：The room is relatively dark and has a low ceiling. We are both under 6' so it wasn't really a big problem for us, but big&talls beware.

Review 86：Difficult to see exactly where you turn in and park from the street. Appears as though the parking is for the adjoining restaurant, but after you pass the place you see where the curb cut is for the driveway into the motel area. Not a big deal.

Review 91：Cleanliness and closeness to those we are visiting in surrounding area. Very accessible to places we like to go to....excellent breakfasts and service of wait staff is always pleasant and efficient. Just the location provides the availability to "everything at our finger tips." Requests are always efficiently and pleasantly handled. We have used this lodging as our destination for over a year now as it is the Best to access extended family who live in Leamington and Kingsville. It is nice to have a pleasant and relaxing room to return to after a busy day out and about.
Review 92：my room was well equipped but the remote didn't work for the television the staff attempted to fix immediately but needed to call a service man. they did so the next day which was appreciated. the restaurant was very good.

I was not disappointed, the staffwas friendly and courteous and the rooms were clean, spacious and wellmaintained. There is an excellent restaurant attached to the hotel also.Will definitely stay there again when in the area.
