Review 1：first off we were double charged for the room, secondly the key wouldn't fit into the lock, you had to jiggle the lock, thirdly the tv didn't work, and lastly we paid by credit card but when the manager paid us back for the double charge he paid us by a cheque.

Review 7：Beds were very uncomfortable, the sheets had orange stains, the walls were filthy, the bathroom tap sprayed water everywhere. I wouldn't give this room 2 stars. The wifi didn't work for me.

Review 9：- could hear the neighbour blowing his nose -- not soundproofed - towels were not bleached white- more like dirty greyish white- gave the impression that it wasn't clean - the receception was also the bar counter... a lot of important paper work was easily accesible - didn't give wifi acces code when we checked in

Review 11：Decor was spartan--similar to college residence room and we had a bit of trouble finding the motel because we arrived at night and there was no well lit sign by the road. It's about 20 minutes to Ottawa.
Review 12：Room was clean, large, utilities (water, hot water and heat) worked well. Beds were comfortable and the location was quiet. The restaurant breakfast was delicious and we received a 50 % discount on the cheque because we were guests.
Review 13：We normally fret at the sight of bars attached to hotels although we weren't bothered here perhaps thanks to the noise from the air conditioner fan , no matter what noise issue could have come from that bar we slept very well, on the other hand we are not air conditioner-friendly preferably we would rather open a window to let fresh air in but windows are sealed so you are left with no other choice but turn on the ac fan .
Review 14：Close to highway 50 , quiet and has a restaurant on the site and other fast food outlets barely a minute walk from it .The price is right .Good mattress for a good night sleep .
Review 15：Bathroom door would stick very badly and we would have to have someone let us out. Tv satellite did not work well. Staff were not very customer service friendly.our reservation was threatened as we were late due to getting lost and we did not appreciate that. Owner lied and said reasoning was due to sold out motel however only roughly 50% of the rooms were occupied.

Review 17：Hotel room would not lock and was not fixed after we made them aware of the problem. We had to pack up all our stuff when we would go out so it would not get stolen. Satellite tv would not work and we had no help from the staff.
Review 18：We were visiting Ottawa. The motel was about a 25 minute drive to thecity. Very pretty area with parks where we took walks along the river.Motel was clean; very good price & the restaurant had very goodfood. They gave us a discount on our breakfasts.

Review 21：Hi, We had a short stay and the bed was excellent for a great night's sleep. The facilities were dated but clean and the room size was adequate. It was rated at a Two Star and provided that level of service. We did not eat at the restaurant as we had an engagement for brunch in Orleans. The Hotel provided a 50% coupon for breakfast for each of us, but we did not use it.
