Review 1：You need a car to go for food or for groceries as it is far from everything by foot. I hate the window blinds as their gaps did not keep my room dark during nights. Staff should replace the blinds with fabric curtains. I got a corner room on the ground floor. It is very small for a person. I could hear a conversation from next door. The two rooms on the second floor are larger. The price here is much higher than the neighbor nearby. The television was not working, no picture. I informed the staff. The room did not have an instruction for TV as well. TV is not a flat screen.
Review 2：I liked plenty of free parking there. This place is clean everywhere. I love the smell of all towels here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The heating was good but it was making a noise from the heater's grill for awhile when changing the temperature.
Review 3：Room very cold, full of living bugs, washroom small without vent, all in all the room was NOT clean, we would not stay there again even for free!

Review 5：Being able to book without a credit card was a big plus for me since I don't have one. It wasn't as noisy as most people wrote on the reviews too. For the price, it did everything pretty well and the staff was really polite.
Review 6：My travelling companion loves his cup of coffee first thing in the morning. There was no in-room coffee machine so he could prepare his own. We had to purchase our coffee by the cup from the office!

Review 11：Door was stuck, almost got locked out of the room for the night. (We arrived a minute after the closing shift.) Bathroom is a bit small, not "fluffy-friendly".

Review 14：A bit far from center places of Ottawa and Gatineau. The shower and its curtain could be upgraded. They called me to go back there in order to pay: for a reason that I don't know, they were not able to get the payment from my credit card.
Review 15：The place is quiet. The price is fair. The staff agreed to let me a key in a convenient place, as they were to leave the place before I arrive at night. It would've been a nightmare for me if they had required me to take the key before attending my event at Gatineau. That was really great!
Review 16：77 include tax is not worth it. I travel a lot and was able to get better lodge with 77 in NA. I have stayed two nights in the lodge, and first night, I found there's mole everywhere in washroom. Also found what the previous customer ate and used in the room. Next day, found that the bed was not made, and also the towel wasn't changed. I was tried to tell the manager, however he was not able to speak English so I gave up. This was one of the worst experience I ever had, and will not go back what so ever

Review 18：I went to sleep in my car rather than sleep in the sloppy bed sheet and uneven bed with chloride smell. Staff did not allow to change room even I saw only 4 cars in the parking lot the whole night. No vacancy room. But he is very polite.

When I called, the owner offered to just leave the keys for me in a mailbox and I would pay him the next day! I had forgotten that such nice people really exist.. The location is great, the motel is clean and it was the cheapest one I found. Great value for money.

I know it takes money to run a business but with some good planning and budgeting you guys can have all the nice things that other hotels have without their prices. You can have a perfect little "boutique" motel instead of a great one you have now. Great experience overall!! Thank you for your service.
Review 54：I am business traveler and as such my priorities are somewhat different than a leisure traveler. I am mostly interested in efficiency, cleanliness and professional treatment. In this particular motel I found the staff to be extremely efficient and professional. The room was clean but it could've been a little more upgraded, the chairs for example were not "adequate" (I'll just say that for the sake of being polite). Did the negative experiences overpower the positive? No, not at all. Everything else made up for it and exceeded it. So the question is, will I be back? Definitely!!

There was nowhere to boil water for adrink The person on reception spoke minimal English and as we had beenforced to relocate there we knew nothing about the area. He could notunderstand what we were asking.
