Review 1：Taken to 4 rooms before found one clean, not already occupied and not subject to maintenance work. Advertised a la carte restaurants don't in fact open (and reception staff don't seem to know this). Had to argue to get things stated to be included in price (eg towels,safe etc). Lovely room maid and bell boy, but reception staff couldn't care less.

Review 5：Their attendants in general, but specially at the front desk, are unfriendly and lacked good customer care. We chose the hotel because of their thermal waters, since they advertise it comes from a spring and its water temperature is a constant 36º C, but the second day we spend there the waters were so cold that no one was in them, and neither we felt we could immerse in them. We brought this to the attention of the pool area attendant and he said the whole day the had been cold, apparently due to maintenance. But when we asked at the front desk, they didn't know what was going on, didn't offer an alternative, and simply didn't care. We were left down by the hotel. We stayed there, paying higher rates compared to other area hotels with similar services, precisely because of the thermal waters, that turn out to be cold and unusable.

Review 6：The room was comfortable. The buffet breakfast had variety, it offered fresh fruits, cereals, breads, ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. Sadly the options for tea were minimal.

Review 8：best option for small children. amazing and lots of activities for them in the pool and in the hotel area like football, omega, and even fishing.. not to mention the amazing pool and lagoon. amazing crew are taking care for the young children's it is also nice for couples and families with more older children's - due to the grate and relaxing lagoon, very close to the waterfalls/ a little far form the city - but easy to rich with taxi. also - not much to do in the city any way... , .

Review 10：Loved the layout of the grounds the buffet, the staff was so friendly and lots of things for the family to do. Rooms were clean and very comfortable would recommend this hotel. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Review 12：The thermal pool is absolutely wonderful. Water is warm, kids facilities in the pool is great, pool bar offers the best Caipirinha, wifi everywhere around the pool area. All excellent! Make sure to stay at new building with new room and bathroom, much better than the old building. Dinner buffet is very good quality as well.

Review 13：Free WiFi is almost never working, connexion cuts every minute and is very slow. If you really need internet you'll have to pay 25R$. The bathroom and bed linen would need more attention (mould in bathroom and some bed linen are fraying). If you are used to have massages, I DO NOT recommend the spa's massage, little knowledge in anatomy and massage routine very unbalanced for the body. Food is too expensive in the hotel for a brazilian standard and cannot be called gastronomic food either.

Review 15：Had to change rooms 3 times before getting one with working air conditioning (it was 40 Deg outside) Prices for tiny 330ml bottle of water in minibar extortionate. Restaurant buffet struggled to keep up with demand.

Review 46：Perfect for families, well located for visiting both sides of the falls. The pool is fantastic - 3 levels, all warm & relaxing. The breakfast & dinner buffets were outstanding - plenty to satisfy any taste. The showers were fantastic - great water pressure.

Review 47：From managers to several reception desk employees there are like a "culture" to over charge for their services. They didn't respect the booking quote, adding meals for large amount per day, they didn't fulfill the compromise to give us the right apartment even when we pay for it. Bottom line they are supporting the culture of trying to get more money in any possible situation, 2 people out of 5 in our stay have gotten the room in the old building, they have empty rooms in the new facility. Consequence of their behave other hotel member are in the same endeavor a clothes of my wife have been stolen, but manager said they will make an investigation and call us the same day what have never happen. Really bad experience. If plan to go there make sure you control every Brazilian Reais other way you will lost a lot of money. Other story is the payment system, they claimed to pay the room in advance when we arrived, even when the hotel rules clearly said they will charge all costs at the checkout, leaving a Credit Card a warranty At checkout time they were unable to return money at the credit card because system doesn't allow it. Thus we have to transfer credits to room that were not paid because our reluctance to pay at check-in. Really bad experience.

Review 58：The staff was really nice to my father that is older and has difficulties to walk, specially at the restaurant (Roseli) and at the spa (Amalia). They were so nice to him that even the place for breakfast was reservaded for him so he did not have to walk too much to the buffett.

Review 61：This is not five star. The rooms are from a "70s travel lodge with tatty bed spreads and terrible mattresses and pillows. There was no water in the rooms which is unheard of for a brazil hotel and the food was only average. The front desk staff need training in customer service

Review 63：For me the best part of the hotel were the activities organized for the children. Our kids were playing, socializing, creating and having fun with a great staff, in a safe environment, and engaged in activities they greatly enjoyed. Also, the daily activities ran from around 8 am to 11pm, leaving us adults with plenty of time to relax by the pool! And we would always know where our children were and go check on them. Also whenever the kids got tired or wanted to find us, they were escorted by a member of the staff to wherever we where. The breakfast buffet was also great. And the pools and the spa treatments.
