Review 1：Would be nice to add to the breakfast some live kitchen touch with freshly made omlettes, pencackes or waffles. Cakes were great!

Quite unsual in Europe.As our credit card were not working staff comment rudely maybe you do not have funds and insisting for cash pre-payment is unacceptable in an hotel of this level. Finally out of several credit card we have one was working the oldest. Our bank confirms that POS in Armenia are quite outdated. Staff did not even try to call VISA or Mastercard for approval only insisting for pre payment. As welcome to tourists coming from 4000km far is not the best welcome.

В течение 4-х дней мы видели работу всех смен и сильно удивлены несколькими вышеуказанными негативными отзывами! Это не соответствует истине, можем с полной ответственностью заявить! В ресторане на завтрак каждый день менялось меню и был шикарный, поражающий своим разнообразием выбор. Там можно было не завтракать, а обедать и ужинать одновременно! Армения нас встретила дружелюбно и хлебосольно. Всем работникам Imperial Palace Hotel от меня и от лица Франчески Ч. огромная благодарность! I.S.
