Review 1：Wifi sometimes doesn't work well, but I can tell the hotel already did something to improve it, as I saw a router put under the TV. Anyway, for a leisure trip, wifi or no wifi was not that important.

Review 2：All the staff members are approachable and very nice and polite. We had some problems but all worked out well.

Review 3：The rear outside access door had an access pad for your room key but the door was never locked. Anybody could get in anytime they wanted.

Review 4：Staff were awesome! Very friendly and helpful. On our second day we came back to our room and the cleaning staff had placed my daughters stuffed giraffe on the pillows and put headphones on its head. Such a cute surprise! Breakfast one day included real Cinnabon rolls, yummy!

Review 5：We wanted some coffee at the front desk (foyer) but they had run out. The staff at reception said she would make a fresh batch and to come back in about 15 minutes. We came back down in 20 and she had not made any coffee, but was busy talking with another employee as she folded towels. She did not take the time to address us, so we just went back to our room.

Review 13：This hotel was very clean, convenient, with friendly and attentive staff. Although the bed was too firm for me, it was a good quality bed, and the other 2 couples that we traveled with found it very comfortable, and found it to be the best hotel that they stayed at while visiting Canada.

Review 14：Good Service - when we had a problem with the sink leaking (looks like it had just been installed) we got an immediate response. It was fixed and cleaned up and then follow up from the maintenance man to apologize and make sure everything was ok.

Room was gloomy - sort of depressing. Why dark colours?. Decor should be upgraded. The toilet is too low for some men.

Review 81：Your rating of 8.7 is not credible. We had a small child with us andawoke to find numerous bees in the room. No one informed us thatbreakfast was available only until 10:00 and when we tried to get hersomething to eat at 10:00 staff removed the food from in front of us.This necessitated us going to the additional expense of a restaurant. Inaddition, we left a travel mirror in the bathroom and no one bothered toinform us.

Review 82：When I arrived at 4:00 I was sent to a room that was not yet cleaned (in 50 years of travelling this has never happened before) It was an adjoining room - the clerk said this room was selected because it was an adjoining room with my friends --- but heavy furniture meant the door could not be opened.

Review 84：We were in Midland for a hockey tournament, and Comfort Inn was lessthan 5 minutes away from the arena we played all our games in. Otherteam members chose to stay at another hotel (in order to get the numberof rooms needed for entire team) and ended up staying 3/4 hr away.Between games, they couldn't justify driving back and forth from theirhotel to rest, so hung out in Midland and arena. We just zipped back toour hotel, could get equipment aired out, and my son could have a quickshower before the next game.

Review 85：Bed was very comfortable. Room clean. Accomodating for our 15 year old dog travelling with us. Hockey tournament in town that weekend, but staff kept control of the kids and their noisy playing. So we slept quietly and well.

Review 86：The Inn was in a good location for us to attend a birthday party with friends from the area. The staff were welcoming when we arrived and our room was a nice surprise considering the budget price. After a long drive the fresh coffee in the front entrance was most welcome. Our room was clean and well laid out. We had lots of room to relax. The bed was comfortable. It is sometimes difficult to find electrical plugs for hot combs etc. but once again our room had a convenient outlet outside the bathroom door which faced the full length mirror on the bathroom door. That was a real bonus. Our room was also equipped with an ironing board and iron for our use. The breakfast the next day was also another surprise. We hadn't expected the nice array of fresh items to choose from.

Review 87：Check in time early as we were in town for a wedding and were told we could not have our room to get ready in. The staff gave us one room but it was inconvienient for wedding guests coming from out of town.

Appreciated that the hotel staff were very able to suggest restaurants which served good food - Henry's restaurant was great. The free breakfast was very good, nice selection. Location of the hotel was good as far as to what we were interested in seeing. All is all a nice experience.

Review 91：Check-In: quick and efficient, staff very friendly and courteous. Fifteen minutes to our favourite beaches on the north-east shore of Georgian Bay. The room was extremely clean and well kept. Two double beds, lots of pillows (4 per bed), efficient air conditioning, lots of towels, great bathroom with plenty of hot water. Cable T.V. channel selection was generous. Very relaxing location. Continental Breakfast 7am (included) get there early: hard boiled eggs, cereals, toast, bagels, orange juice, apple juice, fresh milk, coffee, fruit (apples & bananas) all the condiments, toasters and microwave. Will book this location again, the rates are very reasonable, just what we need (peace & quiet) with superb natural beaches nearby (who needs a chlorinated pool !).

Review 92：Generally this hotel was perfect for our relaxing getaway, but with nopool, spa or gym it would be less appealing to those looking for a more"active" environment.

Review 93：Easy to find, quiet but not remote location. Upon our arrival the staffwere friendly, cheerful and welcoming. Check in was quick and easy andour room was clean, easily accessible and comfortable. Local guidebookwas in the room and but staff were also knowledgeable and helpful aboutlocal places to go. Friends had recommended a local restaurant and thelady on reception gave perfect instructions as to how to get there,despite it being quite remote!! Breakfast was basic but certainlyadequate, and we enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere in general.Probably not ideal for families with children as there was no pool, butfor our trip it was ideal, just quiet relaxation and just a 10 minutedrive into the downtown area.

Review 94：I could smell smoke on several occasions in the non-smoking area. It would be a step in the right direction to offer a completely smoke-free environment. No fridge in the room. All rooms should have fridges in my view. Internet was too slow.
