Review 1：In the morning after the first nite there was no hot water. they got it fixed by late morning. An important factor for a traveller. So i downgraded facilities.

Review 3：No wifi even though it said it had it, and the staff didn't do anything about it, also the bath tub the Dorset was leaking constantly which was annoying.

Review 5：I am very sensitive to smoke, so a non-smoking room was a must for me. Having been accidentally assigned to a single smoking room, I was immediately re-assigned to a non-smoking double room upon request, without any hassle.
Review 6：We stayed in the suite to celebrate our engament, was disappointed. no clock, no radio, wifi was really bad. All night you could hear the pipes from other rooms. ( water, running, showers being turned on etc..)

Review 10：We reserved one Queen Size bed bedroom. But when we got there the receptionist said there was only a 2 bed bedroom available, which we didn't want because we're a couple but we took the room anyway. The description said there would be a microvawe, coffee maker, tea pot...and none of that was in the room when we got there. It was cold and the heat wasn't working and the floor was cold because there was no carpeting. The room smelled bad. There was no hair dryer, shampoo, soap.
Review 11：We liked the satellite tv- lots of channels. And the location was good...it's a 5 minute drive from Ottawa and there are lots of stores in the area and a gas station. The price of the hotel was reasonable but should have been cheaper considering the poor condition of the room. The reception was friendly. They offered free coffee and muffins.
Review 12：I was told I was 15 min. to double tree that was not true. I asked directions to double tree I could not get a clear map of how to get from double tree to my hotel I got lost every night coming to my hotel I kept going to Hull

Review 14：Advertises free wifi but it's not there, they even give you a wifi password for no reason. Ice machine was broken and I don't think its getting fixed anytime soon.

Review 16：For the amount of money we spent it was not what we had expected. It looked like a cheap motel. Although we wanted to not stay there but we were tired from a long trip and decided to stay. We somewhat felt unsafe because the room door access was outside in the parking lot.

Review 46：Friendly staff. They had given us a smoking room, but changed our room to a better category to ensure we can get a non-smoking room. The suits with the spa bath tubs are really nice. The Motel is 10 min car drive away from downtown Ottawa as well as from Gatineau Park, so very convenient location, but less expensive compared to hotels in Ottawa.
Review 47：The location is good and the rooms are set back from the road so there is little road noise. The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. If you are looking for good economical motel this is the place to stay.

The bed and spa were excellent. We enjoyed our stay immensely an we will definitely return soon.
