Review 1：Extremely small bathroom, no signage that they will charge for toothbrush & Paste although left with shampoo etc in bathroom. Only on checking chargeable items do you see it listed.

Review 11：The room we had on the eight floor was nice, comfortable bed and spacious room with no carpet. There was plenty of space for our luggage and incidentals. The thing that impressed me is clean room. This is very important to me when traveling.
Review 12：No toilet roll in the room. When the room was cleaned no rubbish emptied. Had to pay 150 baht for internet use as opposed to other hotels which is free. You pay for 24 hours which has to be used within 24 hrs and each time you stop using the internet it switches off and is difficult to open up again. So in theory, you pay for 24 hr use but only get about approximately 7 or 8. A con.

The hotel itself was beautiful (looks just like the pictures on the website), and we loved how modern and interesting our room was. The location was fantastic ... just a short walk to St.Catherine, the Eaton Centre etc, and made for a great shopping experience. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was also excellent (the chef had made a fresh batch of creton (pork breakfast spread) that was truly one of the nicest I’ve ever had).

Review 34：Very comfortable hotel, Just a step walking to Airport link into the city need only 20min or direct to the Bangkok airport only 15mins. I always step in anytime when I arrive to Bangkok .. I love this hotel, easy and food was so good.
Review 35：We stayed in Executive room which was fantastic, large, incredibly comfy bed and brilliant large flat screen tv with a huge choice of channels. The staff serving breakfast were also great, clearing a table for us as we got our juice and fruit. Breakfast itself was delicious, fresh fruit, I 'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, the owners should be very proud of their staff and cleaners for making our stay such a pleasure.

We had drinks and some excellent appetizers at the small hotel bar. The staff was most accommodating and the hotel is next to the airport rail link, although we took a taxi, I would recommend this hotel.

Review 54：Recent 2 days holiday stay was extremely enjoyable. Being my first stay at Nasa Vegas Hotel, the first thing I noticed was the room was well laid out for the compact space. At first the bed looked to be uncomfortable, however, combined with the pillows, had two great nights sleep. Selection on the breakfast buffet was delicious too.
Review 55：Lighting in rooms is very poor, old furniture, bathroom is also old and shabby, some boilers are ancient. Small windows with no view at all. The hotel with one side faces a busy road with loudest railroad on ground and a metro line on top. If you choose your room to face the backyard you will just as much be disappointed because of the heavy construction works that are being held there. You can get a special promotion rate on booking.com, which otherwise they don't offer you if you ask at the reception.

Review 60：Nothing really. There is noise from the railway outside between fairly early morning and midnight and you will come across some older gentlemen with their young Thai lady friends but it's not 'super in your face seedy' and again, it's £13 a night.

It's very convenient for the airport raillink with runs from just outside (use the sky walk from ramphkenhueng station rather than risk the very busy road outside) which also means you can get into central bangkok very easily via the links to the bts and metro. Looks better from the outside as the inside is a little run down but the shower runs hot, the bed is comfortable (it's hard buy I prefer this) and there's a good range of cable channels. The food is not cheap but hardly expensive (think western fast food prices) but tasty. There's a handy Family Mart just outside for essentials. Let's also not forget it costs £13 a per room night so you'd hardly expect the Mandarin Oriental at the price.
Review 62：The room was large and modern: the bathroom was well appointed and had great toiletteries, there was plenty of room for luggage, a nice flat screen TV with all the A/V options to hook up various gizmos, And the BED ... out of this world! Extraordinarily comfortable, you'll sleep like a baby!

Review 67：The location, is near the aeroport line however is faraway from the center town. During the night was very difficult to arrange a taxi driver willing to take us to the hotel. The rooms are very old and smalls, and we were not able to sleep after 7 a.m. due to the noise from the cleaning of other rooms. The wifi was not free, on the contrary was very expensive and didn't work on our room only at the entry of the hotel. At the entry of the hotel you have a tourist information place, when we went there to ask for information the only think that they were able to inform us was the price of the tours that were 3x more expensive that the prices that we found in other places.

Review 88：Noise. Hotel situated right beside both the regular railway track and the AirportLink train system. Extremely noisy when train passes. The regular train passes and horns right in front of the hotel almost every half an hour. My room faces the tracks, so it is extremely noisy.

We booked a Executive Super Deluxe room. it was very spacious and clean as well as being well equipped. The location suited us as we like walking and the are was quiet and is close to the downtown area. It is close enough to many sights. The nearest supermarket is about 10-15 minutes by car. This was of average standard. This hotel was fair compared to some of a similar standard.

I did complain as my 24hr turned into 15 working. but I was not offered any compensation. If you need good wi-fi I would not recommend this hotel. Finally - no hot water. Also a non metered cab stalks innocent customers out front. Management should take time to move him on.

Request for change of room not given, one staff came to see bathroom window but could not close it. Aircon unit had large blue LED which lit the room some and we had to cover it with a card. 25 minutes wait for check in due to numbers. Check out in morning was reasonable but staff were Unsympathetic to our complaints. Hotel is far from any amenities/entertainment, only advantage is proximity to train for airport.
Review 101：What stands out to me the most of this hotel is the service! i find service can really make or break an experience. everyone- from the gentlemen opening the door and getting the valet to the front desk was friendly, very helpful and just went over and beyond expectations! - the location was great just a few steps to the airport link, connected the heart of downtown Bangkok.

Review 108：First visit to Bangkok but have stayed many times at the Ramkumhang location. The style is consistent, tasteful and modern yet still provides a comfortable setting. The staff all look like they stepped off the pages of GQ or Thai-airways style and provide excellent service. I found the staff to be helpful and intuitive. Sleek, modern, tasteful yet still very comfortable. One of the best beds I have ever slept in! Highly recommended.

From the minute we were greeted from the taxi to the minute we left, the customer service was superb. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful, the doorbell were always opened for us with a friendly bonjour.
