Review 1：Very uncomfortable bed....expected more for price. Disapponted that there was no shuttle service to casino...200 steps down to casino and 200 steps up!!

Rock hard mattresses, cigarettesmoke wafting into the room from neighbouring smokers, small'spa' bathtub, dingy decor and furnishings, oppressive tinyindoor pool. Really a two and a half star resort, not 4 as stated. Weshortened our stay and left after the first night.

The garden salad had novegetable but lettuce! I ordered a brochette Terre et Mer to my room.They sent me the brochette with 3 cube of beef and I had to call backthe hotel restaurant to get the 2 poor shrimps 15 mtes later...:(

Review 26：The food at the casino restaurant was of roadside diner quality. Servicewas good however we were very disappointed with food from such a nucehotel. Should've gone to Fairmont for dinner for a more fine diningecperuence
