Review 1：very nice owner, very helpful and their front desk personnel, friendly and always have smiling faces, nice location to the Vietnamese restaurant, maxi, walmart, lac leamy casino,other major banks. it is close to St.Joseph Church and bus stop going to downtown Ottawa. nice spot

Review 2：For those who don't drive it is too far from the Old City. But if you drive, it's OK.

Review 3：Clean and very spacious double room with two double beds. Clean hotel. A good view on St. Lawrence river. Located between Montmorency Falls and Quebec city center. Huge parking lot. Quiet area.

Review 4：The carpets in the hallways and stairs need to be cleaned and these walls also painted. It would make it more of a welcome.

Review 5：It was easy to get to the Parliament Buildings and tourist stuff from the hotel. The room was very comfy.

Review 6：The picture that was posted online is when the motel was new. It is so deceiving. The name motel casino doesn't exist in the building anymore but the room is just fine and clean.

Review 9：The shower area was very cramped and is suitable for only short people. The bathroom sink area was kind of awkward. The room was very cold and the baseboard heaters were not working. There was no coffee machine or tea kettle and accessories. No exercise room in the motel.

Review 13：we were 2 workers coming from the exterior, so came in shortly after 11 and our reservation was being cancelled as we were coming in, they had tried to call me at home, obviously, I wasn't there! but ended ok, so not a problem
