Review 1：Carpet is old ugly and smelly Drunken noise outside the entrance from the casino and the false alarm that went off at 3 in the morning

Review 3：I was recuperating from surgery and had requested certain items when booking online and by a follow up phone call but this was not done.

Review 4：Housekeepers were very accommodating - friendly and helpful.

Review 5：They offer "free wifi" but its for the whole hotel, casino and Starbucks so very hard to get connected and not great when /if you could get connected. Even the lady at the front desk said she had trouble getting her phone connected.

Review 6：Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, Rooms were really clean and comfortable. I liked that you needed your key card to get up the elevator, made me feel very secure staying there.

Review 7：There was a domestic dispute in the adjoining room that lasted all night. We did not sleep. I called the front desk / security twice in the night and was involved with an account of events at 6am with the RCMP officer that was brought on seen. Was told that the room was compted but haven't confirmed that on my credit card. Think the hotel security should have removed both participants at the onset then the incident would have ended hours earlier for the rest of the guests. The commping of the nights stay was the bare minimum the hotel could offer us .... probably not enough to have us return to a hotel we've stayed at numerous times

Review 8：Front desk clerk was not very friendly at checkin or when we called down for extra pillows. Ww areived at midnight after a long day with our weddinf. We were there for our wedding night, thinking he Coast Hotel would be 'classy' but we were disappointed. We would rather have either gone home or stayed at a nicer hotel....the Days In. Or Beat Western were located close by and would have been better.

Review 9：We were told upon checkin there was a breakfast buffet for 5.95 instead of the continental breakfast (which is now a gym) only to find out this then next morning is only on certain days. You can only get breakfast in the cafe. We didn't stay for this. Really disappointed. We left with only our Starbucks coffee and decided to eat on the road.

Review 11：Bed very comfortable & room quiet. Despite the room doors being very heavy, you do not hear your neighbour's door bang nor hear voices in the hallway.

Review 12：One of pillow case had blood stains on it. Bedside lamp needed replacement as cover was coming off and it did not work. Tested bulb in another lamp and it was ok so probably faulty switch.

Review 13：The staff at the match restaurant suck. Lots of advertising about how great they are. I was there for 15. Mins with NO server, No more business from me at that location. Thankfully the hotel didn't charge me for printing two pages in the biz ctr. They advertise 1$ per page for printing.

Review 15：Continental breakfast was the worst I have ever seen:( It was our only disappointment of the hotel. They were out of milk for cereal. One of the creams I opened for my coffee was a lump of goo. So gross was sour. The bread, muffins and croissants were stale. The only fruit was a bowl of bruised apples. They ran out of juices as well.

Review 19：I was part of a wedding party that stayed there. My sister who was the bride order food to her room on July 12th, and placed the trays in the hallway for the maids when they finished. Those trays were still on the floor July 13th; some of which still had food on them! Disgusting, and very against food safe. Furthermore, there were beer bottles left on the coffee tables in the main entrance. If you are trying to run a classy casino/hotel, leaving beer bottles laying around is not the way to do it.

She made our trip enjoyable,even though our tv didn't work properly and the light in ourbathroom burned out and because there was no maintenance staff, myboyfriend had to change it himself.

Review 74：When we first got to the coast hotel it looked like a "Alright" place to stay. Its located in a very interesting area in langly! Once we entered in, the hotel was very nice with a casino and a starbucks just in the lobby! Our room was very clean and the king sized bed was comfy. It can be a little noisy because of the casino but other then that it was a great experience and time staying there! Free breakfast was a little small but i wont complain!
