Review 1：There were few outlets has to call for a multi outlet device to plug in for my laptop and phone. Tiny refrig could barely get in the few items I had purchased beforehand. TV remote didn't work well and they've no printed guide to channels so you have to spend you're time scrolling dozens of channels ONLY the remote seized up multiple times. And then there is the train coming in through multiple x's in the early morning hours and blowing it's horns.
Review 2：The room was generally clean. That I adjusted my stay from 3 to 2 days in this motel before booking.
Review 3：I am so grateful for staying here while finding a place to live The management team is amazing and have helped me above and beyond my expectations! The cleaning staff are very kind & make sure I have what I need & respect my privacy!
Review 4：The general information states a breakfast is provided and that a kitchenette is included. NEITHER ARE TRUE. This is mis-representation. We had an extended power outage during are staying. There wasn't any emergency lighting back up .The suite was too dark to see. When I approached the front desk they had no alternative measures in place. Not even a flashlight.

Review 8：that we had to get our key calibrated, then we had to get our door handle changed, however it was done efficiently and handled well, we were back in our room with in 20 min.

Review 10：Old building with little or no upgrades since original construction. Allows pets,but the room rates seem to attract owners who are a bit negligent on the care and maintenance of their pets. I have now acquired travelers of my own. Be careful.
Review 11：While the rooms had been cleaned, the carpet was not clean and the bathroom grout/silicon was not clean and missing in some places, which is impossible to clean properly. Lamps were broken and the shades were broken and dirty. There were spider webs in the corners of the rooms and on the lampshades.

Review 15：NO FRIDGE! I've stayed here a number of times and usually find it satisfactory. The price went up 27% from last year, room had a funny smell this time, bed was uncomfortable, the lady that checked me in was rude and no fridge to store food. I always went here because the price fit the expectation, but with the increase I won't go back.

Review 21：Bed spreads and blankets always seem so unclean. Would have preferred to have comforter with sheet covers like other hotels. Room is dated but everything was functional.

Review 24：Rooms were clean-bed was comfortable and housekeeping was timely. Being busy with games activities we spend little time in the room. Close to restaurants a bonus could walk easily to several locations. Didn't go to the shopping mall but certainly was there to walk to and a huge one at that!

Review 29：Noisy neighbours early in the night. Turned the AC unit on low to drown them out. It was a hot day so maybe they were taking advantage of the cool evening air. After a long days ride on our motorcycles, we needed sleep. Thank goodness for AC!

Review 37：One can hear people talking outside - window closed. AC in room 27 was not working. In room 25 one could feel the springs of mattress and other had some pet sleeping before us. It was disgusting to see our clothes full of animal hair when woke up in the morning. I was told both rooms I am getting are pet & smoke free.

Also, they were doing construction on the site right next to the hotel, so for our first night we had no view at all, except for the half constructed building. The workers there started at 8:00 am on the dot and didn't finish until after 4:00 pm. After we changed rooms, we had a great view and didn't hear the construction as much/
