Reviews for B&B Rosaly
Review 1:-The wooden floor creaks, so we could hear when the guys in the room above us were walking around. I suppose it was equally uncomfortable for the people in the room below us. But that didn't keep us from having excellent sleep. :)
Review 2:-We had a room with a breathtaking mountain view -Easy to find -Close to the train station and a Coop supermarket -Right next to the cable car, which takes you up the mountain -The hosts were very agreeable, providing us with valuable info on what to see and where to go. We will definitely be coming back for a winter experience! :)
Review 3:All was to our satisfaction
Review 4:Relaxed atmosphere, eclectic decoration, excellent hosts, very helpful. Ideal for the ski lift, it is next door but did not intrude even when having breakfast in the garden. Would definitely return again
Review 5:The Suite has very low ceiling and wood beams... Clearly not recommended if you are tall (above 185cm). For the price, the Suite lacked a balcony (standard rooms have it).
Review 6:Location Breakfast
Review 7:The style of the hotel was very traditional Swiss, which we really liked. It was also ideally placed near the centre of the town (next to the Telecabine). The folks who ran the hotel were very friendly and very helpful.
Review 8:Building works right outside. Huge Coop car park below with enormous Coop flags up and lift alarm at the Coop going off. Station very close also big building works.
Review 9:Pleasant staff and lots of wood. Lovely old building with interesting antiques. Station 2 mins away.
Review 10:Very friendly host and cosy, homely atmosphere. Just 3 minutes walk from the station, nonetheless the place is silent all the time. Extremely beautiful nature around!
Review 11:The bed and the floor were very old and a bit too noisy.
Review 12:The decorations and the details make the atmosphere very cosy! The owners are very helpfull and the prices lower than the swiss average!
Review 13:Positioned right in the middle of town, 30 yards from the cable car and 200 from the train station. Rooms were spotlessly clean and an excellent breakfast. What really sets the establishment apart however is the faultless service - the lady spent half her day helping to fix a problem on my car, and insisted we went skiing. Will certainly be back.
Review 14:The lady in charge was vey helpful and kind. Very nice breakfast with plenty of eggs, ham, bread, cheeses, and homemade jams. Nice view from bedroom and a characterful place.
Review 15:2 hairs left in the bathtub from previous customer. a couple of times nobody at the reception during daytime.
Review 16:large room, comfy bed nespresso machine beautiful view of the mountains ok breakfast kind woman at the reception
Review 17:in the dark not easy to find the hotel, not so well signed. And the evening meal was a bit too sophisticated for the children
Review 18:the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, understanding the difficulties with a child with special needs. And an extreme support as our other child got sick. The location next to the cable car, station, great. Clean and a hotel with some charm. Breackfast just right
Review 19:Poor lighting in our bedroom!
Review 20:BB looked after us beautifully and we loved the quirkiness of the hotel which was exactly as described. We awoke each morning to the smell of freshly baked bread and so enjoyed the delicious breakfasts.
Review 21:Nothing!
Review 22:Cosy room, lovely view from the suite we stayed in, everything you needed in the room, great hosts, lots of variety at the buffet breakfast, centrally located for restaurants, station etc.
Review 23:Limited entertainment in Chateau d'Oex if that is what you are looking for.
Review 24:Wonderful, very helpful host (Bebe). Comfortable rooms, wonderful sleeping conditions. Tasty breakfasts with bread, cheese, juices, coffee & cold meats. Wonderful hiking in the area.
Review 25:No such thing.
Review 26:Typical swiss alpine building in such a surrounding. Cable line uphills in the neighbourhood house, railway station less than 5 minutes on foot. Bathroom though common, but well equipped (also hairdryer). Friendly owner.
Review 27:loved it all, nothing negative!
Review 28:My family loved instantly the Swiss feel of the rooms. That is why we came and stayed here. It was not over the top but well done. The bathroom is well appointed and my wife took even some ideas back for our home....now I am in trouble! Well done to the Hotel de la Poste team!!
