Review 7：We have stayed at many places and this was by far the worst we've ever encountered. We went and bought our own sheets and candles and cleansing supplies. Having to compete the next day I was looking forward to so quality rest and Not much sleep occurred whatsoever, the smell and feel of bugs made it difficult to relax. There were stains everywhere, I am not sure if the cleaning staff was on holidays because the carpent felt like it hadn't been done all summer and the bathroom we tried not to use. Hard to believe places are aloud to operate like this. This is a censored review and kind in my mind to what it actually was like. Please safe yourself and stay elsewhere, it's worth spending the extra money to stay at a clean place that people take pride and ownership in.

Review 9：It was my fault for traveling on a long weekend without a reservation. However, when looking for a hotel in Brampton ON, booking.com's website provided an alternate suggestion in Guelph. It was late and I accepted but in the end had to drive more than two hours in the middle of the night to get to the place! I passed dozens of potential hotels on the way. Whatever system booking.com uses to refer to available hotels completely failed me that night.

Review 14：I don't have a car. This motel is clean,with a really comfortablebed and a shower with plenty of hot water. It is very quiet at night.The bus stop is right across the street; so it is great for people whodon't drive.

Review 17：The door to the reception area is always locked with an intercom located at the door to contact a person if you need to see someone in person or check in. I had to speak into this intercom the night before we departed explaining we would be leaving early in the morning; however, upon check out the door to the reception was again locked and we did not get to see our final bill upon check out which left me very uncomfortable not knowing if there were any additional charges to the room. The room was very dingy with paint chipped off the walls, the walls in the bathroom appeared to have had some water damage at 1 time and were not repaired professionally, and there was what appeared to be dried vomit at the base of the wall beside the bed on the bathroom side. Upon seeing our room at check in we would have left to check into another motel/hotel; however, to our knowledge all others were booked. I am afraid, we will not be returning to the Parkview and cannot recommend it.

Review 19：It was dirty. In the corners, baseboards, under things, inside the drawers, only the middle of the room gets "cleaned". Also the TV was an old small tube type from the 80's.

Review 41：Office door is locked a lot of the time and you have to buzz them and hope they are there. It is hard to figure out which part of the keypad is the buzzer. It should be labeled better.

Review 45：If I wanted to be picky, the cleaning of the edges of the bathroom floor, fan, and door moldings was lacking. There were some mildew spots in the bathroom ceiling paint and the baseboard heater paint was old and spotted.The parking lot was not well plowed when we arrived though the sidewalk had been cleared. In the morning everything was snow covered, but at least there had been no noise of snow removal to wake us and we got out easily. The linens provided were clean but minimal in quantity which was not an issue for us.
Review 46：I am a mature woman and stayed here with my adult daughter so the two queen beds were ideal and they were comfortable. There was no smell of smoke in my non-smoking room. I am not a city person, and the small size and privacy of this small motel fit for me. It was quiet and unpretentious. The linens and bathroom fixtures and ceramic floor tiles were spotless and the general feeling was pleasant. The price was the lowest I found in Guelph. The WiFi worked fine for me. Though the weather was cold and snowy, the room was warm, even though I turned off the main heating unit for the night (I don't like fan noise...) and relied just on the bathroom baseboard heater. There was a small refrigerator and microwave available. I had minimal interactions with two staff members, and they were both helpful and courteous.

Review 49：The fellow who worked there didn't seem to like his job and certainly didn't want to talk much. The room was not clean, and contrary to the website description, the rooms are not newly decorated, or I didn't get one, and there was peeling paing and major water damage bubbles in the walls. Its clientele iffy, and it is the first internet booking in 10 years with which I wasn't pleased.
Review 50：Location is very good for my purposes and I chose it based on this and its reviews. The bed was clean and comfortable to its credit. I paid cash and halfway home I realized I didn't get a receipt.
