Review 1：Out on top a hill, far from anything, without a car.The kitchen was CLOSED/END OF SEASON and we were given a chit to go to a restaurant a couple kilometres away. Had to take a taxi. The breakfast served at this other restaurant was ABSOLUTE BASIC, ie: 1 egg, 1 sausage, 2 toasts and cofee. We had been promised in the advertizing "a generous Continental buffet breakfast...".What a let down.

Review 2：Cosy type hotel. Friendly staff who should have advised us that they were closing their dining room before we arrived... Did your room have a stunning view? NO, IT WAS IN THE BACK, NO VIEW AT ALL, JUST TREES. Was the breakfast both beautiful and delicious? NO, THE DINING FACILITIES WERE CLOSED...

Review 3：I changed from a room with a window that didn't open, to a room with a porch and a sliding door, because I needed fresh air. It did cost extra, but it was a good choice.

Review 11：The Hotel could be such a nice place, but with the "cold and pragmatic" way it has been renovated and is being run, it's just not a cosy and "nice" place but feels cheap and unwelcoming. For example, breakfast is served in a huge conference room without any decoration whatsoever and table cloths protected with plastic covers like in a cheap roadside diner and the microwave oven in the tiny lobby smells of the food of the last weeks... The rooms are fine but the rest of the hotel is a disappointment and way below standard given the hotel's price range.

Review 12：The beds are very comfortable, rooms are big and perfectly clean, there's a pool, and the quality of products offered for breakfast is very good (although the selection is small and there is no hot food).

Review 13：I think that breakfast should have included and choice cereals. Cherios are a bit limited... Radio music at breakfast was awful. Classical music or any other more neutral music (no department store music though) would have been appreciated.

Review 14：Bravo for the wooden floors. It made it for a cleaner stay. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the place. People were ready to help, from the general maintenance man to the receptionist.

Review 17：Hotel advertised breakfast included with the rate. First morning we were given a voucher to go and have breakfast at a local coffee shop. Voucher was worth $6.00. What can you eat for $6.00? We had to pay in extra so therefore the breakfast was not included in the rate. Second morning, breakfast was served in the hotel but it was of such poor quality and selection - was not worth going down for.

Review 19：My hairdryer didn't work and when I asked the woman at the reception about it, she said she'de look into it and NEVER got back to me. Good thing I was not depending on it or I would have insisted. Lack of response was careless and made me feel as if she could care less.

Review 24：I have bad leg so room on 1st floor seemed great but as you enter past reception you climb 4 steps to 1st floor hallway which ahs old worn carpet, as you enter room bath is at level of door but you then descent 5 steps to bed level. very difficult at night . I asked to switch room and while reception was understanding was unable to change rooms. room had strong smell of disinfectant which cleared somewhat when I changed A/C to outside air from recirculate

Older motel showing its age but kept very clean, with tennis and outdoor pool. laminate floor in bedroom and tile in bath very clean, had desk, fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast is on lower level which opens to lower parking lot was very large and bright breakfast including hot porridge and beans, fresh cookies and muffins boiled eggs, cheese and attentive staff great coffee
