Review 1：After complaining about not having hot water at the shower (in Brazil almost all the hotels use an instant heater) we got another room. We checked the hot water and accepted it. It was only after that we realized that, since this room was on the last floor the water pressure was very low. This wouldn't have been a big issue but it determined the instant heater to offer us only two options: very cold and very hot water. We could have asked to change the room again, but we decided that Scottish showers might be an interesting experience. :) The breakfast offered was a very bad joke. Not only because it was poor, but also because you find there, day after day exactly the same food (which after a while gets hard like the wood) and the same fruits (which after a while get strange colours). The "fruit juices" they offer are completely not drinkable... probably also because of their age.
Review 2：The hotel is well located in the most touristic part of Recife, 200 m away from the beach. The rooms are ok and the staff is friendly and helpful, but nobody speaks any other language than Portuguese.
Review 3：A simple hotel if you are traveling on a budget. Rooms are tiny, on the street, so it is quite loud as the windows are old and do not block the street noise.

Review 21：No air conditioned in the room as was written on www.booking.com. No english speaking staff. No spanish speaking staff. That means useless staff. The device for ventilation is very noisy. The room has very bad sound protection, the window looks out onto the main street. The staff charged my credit card without asking me if I want to pay cash.
