Review 1：One of the beds had a bottom sheet that didn't even cover the mattress. There was also only on small soap in the bathroom which had to be used both at the sink and in the shower.

Review 3：The furniture are old, the tv is an old tv (no flat screen). The room is very cold. There is not a lot of staff in the restaurant, so you have to wait after the waitress all the time. For the check out, it is long, there is only one person to do the check out.

Review 5：We were treated very well at Auberge des 3 Canards. Although we speak very little French the ladies at the front desk were so helpful in understanding our needs and giving us a little incite as to how beautiful it is in the winter when it snows.

Review 10：The staff at the front desk were not friendly and kept us waiting to check in and again to check out. A welcome, efficient staff make all the difference to weary travelers. This is the only place where we felt this way during two weeks of travel. We decided not to eat at the hotel and go elsewhere because of it. This is a hospitality industry and the staff were not hospitable. I suggest you they work on it.

Review 13：Front desk staff cool/cold. Maybe because we spoke English. I speak French and heard the staff refer to us as "le Englaise". Also, not a place for fun or younger people. Very stiff atmosphere. Also at first we were given a dark room without a view, but I went back and asked for a view and got one for $10 more.

Review 17：We were there off season for a ski trip to le Massif and the auberge was very quiet. Given its location it would be an ideal spot during the summer to launch your day trips from.

Review 56：What we liked about Auberge Des 3 Canard was the room that we got it was overlooking the river, and let's not forget about the food it was very good you can even grill your own bread we found that to be so nice and lets not forget about the staff very very friendly. Also going in October and seeing all the fall decorations that everyone puts it's just breathtaking. Looking forward to going back and staying here again.
Review 57：There were some stairs to navigate with luggage. It wasn't a huge problem for us, but could be for those not as mobile or able to lift bags up a flight of stairs.
Review 58：We had dinner in the dining room and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. The food was beyond spectacular with service to match - Michel was a friendly, experienced and very professional waiter. The breakfast was likewise terrific. The food quality if superb and the chef makes the most of every flavour. The Auberge itself is a comfortable inn with staff that really want to make your stay and your meals as wonderful as possible.

Review 62：I love that it's between montreal and baie Comeau, it the perfect time to pull in for the night and rest. The courtyard on back of the hotel is also beautiful and I love the balconies. It's nice to sit outside in the evening with a cup of tea and take In the beauty.
