Review 2：I wrote a letter to the manager and did not recieve a response. I am dissapointed about that. The tvs were small and only had 12 channels and no option to rent movies. This was dissapointing as their marketing did state otherwise. The purpose of our stay just a short drive from home was to relax, rent some movies and enjoy room service. We ended up being on our cell phones watching movies and we could have done that at home and saved 200 dollars. The staff was nice and location was modern. The rooms were comfortable and close to ammenities.

Review 3：the front desk fellow was very 'not there', the Moxie's restaurant staff were not even there - we had to look around - before we got breakfast and they weren't accomodating re the kids - won't eat there again

Review 5：Was completing a triathlon in the area. Great place with an awesome kitchenette and even had a washer and dryer in our room. Tons of room to fit our bikes as well.

Review 6：Would have preferred blankets for the bed as the duvet was a bit heavy and kept sliding of the end. We used the air conditioning because of the warm duvet but then that blows all night.

Review 7：I had booked this hotel online but they still required a $250 deposit. I think if you'd been at the hotel before, you can be trusted to be a 'good' customer. The deposit I thought was steep as some people do not carry credit cards or have minimal balance (as I did) and I had already arranged to pay over $400 there. My location by the stairs was also unpleasant. There was a team at the hotel where the kids were constantly running up and down the stairs. Word of advice -- put one of the parents near the stairs so they can monitor and control the kids.

Review 9：A bit too close to the freeway, but I learned that the fan drowned out the noise and I was able to sleep fine. I will ask for a room on the other side of the building next time. I would have liked the price to have been more reasonable.

Review 11：The housekeeper who informed me about being paid per room which tells me that if she cleans more quickly, she will make more money thus rooms not getting well maintained. I don't think that's right as employees are dependent on reservations.

Review 13：The only access to the parking lot is off of a street that leads to an on-ramp for Hwy 1. Around five o'clock, the road is jammed and it is difficult to get into the hotel.

Review 14：The staff was very eager to please. I had a problem with the air conditioning unit making a lot of fan noise, due to a bad bearing. When I told them about it, they sent someone to check it out. They were there three times, trying to fix it, but decided the unit would need to be replaced and would need to be ordered. No one's fault but I appreciated the quick response. When the city decided to do road work at the only driveways to the hotel, and the hotel couldn't convince them to postpone it, they offered to attempt to locate alternate accommodations for us.

Review 17：The fact that there was no restaurant integral with the hotel. There was the restaurant chain (can't recall the name) situated just within the grounds, but it was not part of the hotel

Review 18：I had always had the impression that the Sandman chain had a "motel" feel. However I was pleasantly surprised that there was an option with the chain in the Signature business model. Great work! Sandman is now out there with the best value hotels and can now be reckoned with for those who do not particularly like the motel feel

Review 19：Hard to find. I was told that the hotel had been there for two years but even the employees agreed that most GPS's don't show the existence of the address. Company needs to address the issue with mapping companies.

Review 20：This Sandman is a bit hard to find, but is glorious once you arrive. The room felt like an expensive luxury, but was actually quite reasonably priced. 15 minute drive to Abbotsford or the YXX airport. Moxie's restaurant is in the building, but there are no other restaurants or coffee places in the same location. Very good room-darkening shades and window coverings make the room very quiet.

Review 77：My coffee cup had lipstick on it, I used to clean hotel rooms so i new to look for it as I know how the cups are actually clean :( I would suggest in investing in a dishwasher or using the one in the restaurant attached, being a prestige hotel you don't want that disguistingness happen. You state you have pay per view in your info book but don't actually have it.... I promised my three year old we'd watch a movie.... And well I'm sure if you have kids you could imagine how that ended lol.....

Review 81：Generally this hotel is very clean however this stay brought disappointment in that the bathroom was left dirty. Front desk staff was busy so moved us to an upgraded room which was satisfactory but location was terrible as it fronted onto the highway so noise was unbearable all night long. Hotels have to allow longer times for the cleaning to be done properly in all rooms. Management was very kind and looked after the problems.

Review 82：this hotel is close to shops, restaurants, Costco, Willowbrook Mall, banks, Winner's, and more important, close to our friends/family who live in Langley. Staff is great at this hotel, especially front desk Alfie and Nadia in Moxie's Grill. Thank You! I also like the fact that this hotel is entirely NO SMOKING since this is one of the biggest triggers for my asthma.

Review 83：The bathroom vanity in a King room could have been larger; no room forhis/her stuff. Mattress was very hard, had to sleep on top of twopillows as I suffer with arthritis and bursitis so it was painful.

Review 84：Love this Langley hotel -- we have good friends who we visit often andits only 7 mins. Away so location is great. We love Moxie's Grill sothat's an added plus. Rooms are always clean. Staff are alwayspleasant and professional. I forgot a cardigan there and didn't missit for over a week. I called and they had it and it will be waiting forme when I next stay here in the near future.
