Review 1：The neighborhood is far from downtown and there are few options of restaurants.

Review 2：The staff are very friendly. The facilities are really nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Review 3：The communication with the staff after we made our reservation was impolite. When we arrived, two kids were sitting behind the reservation desk and one of them helped us getting settled. Turned out it was not a trainee as we would have expected from his behavior, but regular staff. All in all a lot of different staff, nearly every day a new face. We never heard something like "Everything ok? If you need something, just ask...". The place has no homey atmosphere.

Review 4：The beach is in walking distance (15 minutes). There are some supermarkets around the corner. At the "Shopping" at "Praça Moinho" there are a lot of restaurants. One of them is a great spanish Tapas Bar ("Espetos y Tapas"), which offers a tasteful variety to the Brazilian Meat & Fries dishes. Unlike the other staff, the woman that helped at breakfast and cleaned the rooms and the owner were very nice, helpful and generous.
