Review 1：I was very disappointed with the staff at the front counter. I was having some difficulty with the TV and they said they would said someone to look at it but they never did. I had also asked for a taxi to be booked when we were leaving and this also was not done.

Review 8：The piping could be a bit loud but not to the point of discomfort. Also, personally I could have done with somewhat stronger lights on the room, or at least the wardrobe.

Review 9：They had the most comfortable bed ever! I've never slept this well, not even at my home. Good breakfast, if a bit limited on the choises of tea, very good location, just 5 minutes walk from the centre and very quiet at the same time. Very clean too.

Review 10：Luckas the desk clerk spoke excellent English and was very friendly. The food at the hotel was surprisingly good for dinner, an excellent meal for the price. The view from our room was lovely, showing the lake and volcano.

Review 11：The staff is very nice and willing to help with any questions you may have... but they lack knowledge regarding nearby natural and touristic attractions, fees, schedules, etc. It would be good to have a list of available cable tv channels.

Review 19：Very close to downtown and the lake. Staff is young but friendly. We needed a cab to the Puerto Montt airport as we had rented a car, and they arranged for a very nice cab driver to take us there. He also does driving tours, so if you're in need just ask.

Review 59：A full service hotel with a friendly staff. Our room was quiet and had view of Osorno volcano. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Puerto Veras centro.

Review 62：The hotel room doors do not have peep holes, which I think is important to have for security reasons. Also there was no clock/clock radio, which is useful to have. No gym/pool facilities. At breakfast, the sausages weren't very good. Better to offer bacon.

Review 63：The service was excellent. The young lady at the desk helped us to make dinner reservations for New Year's Eve, provided guidance on booking a tour and coordinated a car rental for us. Each time she was pleasant and very patient with us. The breakfast buffet was standard and sufficient. Rooms were contemporary/updated and comfortable. Although I didn't have a lake view, I liked the location up on the hill, a short walk (3min) from the main part of town, because New Year's Eve and New Year's Day were very noisy down by the beach.
