Review 1：Our room key stopped working twice so we had to go down and get it reprogrammed. This took a while because there was only one working elevator and it is very slow.

Review 3：Lots of sounds during the night! Se could hear the lift's door closing really strong as wel as other room doors.... Those sounds disturbed us and didn't let us sleep well!

Review 4：mould in the bathroom noise (between 2 main streets) leaky windows and doors WiFi (weak, interrupt,...) parking fee had to changed 4times my room...

Review 6：The rooms are old, water had sediments; had to run for a while to look clear. It was mold in the shower and lamp shades. Personel at front desk were not friendly or helpful; that did not surprised me when the manager was not either.

I would rate this hotel on bad 3 stars. - I always took a shower rather problematic, as it is broken and with very weak water pressure; Tasteless and poor breakfasts; Not free and very expensive parking; Horrible Internet! Internet speed was at 1-10kb/s with everytime disconnecting, I can not use the internet on 2 devices at the same time such as on a laptop and phone, if i tryed to do something on one of the devices connection will be terminated. But that's not all. Wi-fi signal I was able to catch only in the bathroom and near the front door. In other parts of the room my laptop and phone is not seen Wi fi signal; My key card to the door worked just 1 time, if i tryed to open the door again, it doesnt worked. Each time i had to go to the reception for recover my card; Very slow elevators; The interior of the hotel and the room itself is very old, It was like a time machine and travel for me for 30 years ago. They even managed to make swivel chair from an old wooden chair which 30 years!

Review 15：Some maintenance were done, but it's necessary do more works. Elevators need maintenance, and this is an old problem for this Hotel.. Breakfast in the moorning is poor. Gym still has broken equipment. My last room was improved, but furniture remains old.

Review 16：Hotel is located in a safety place near Avenida Kennedy where you can found many restaurants. Now on hotel there's live music.

Absence of gym rom and elevator permanently in maintenance. Morning breakfast very poor. At arrival they ask to pay in advance for all the permanance !!! Only the price is 4 stars
