Review 1：It gave a wonderful view of Perce Rock. The staff were very helpful in suggesting things to do. You can get a great view of the sunrise from the bedroom

Review 9：Such a pretty spot - hard to go wrong. A little removed from the "busy" section of Percé which suited us fine, but a good walk and you're right in town, or a very short drive if you prefer. The on site restaurant was lovely and had outdoor seating too. The sea view of perce rock was lovely.

Review 18：The first room we got on our first night smelt like deep fried cod fish all night. We asked to be transferred to a room with balcony which they did, so we had a better view of the sea and Perce rock from our room. The room was located on the 1st floor of their Motel residences, however, the layout of the bathroom was odd. You had to get out of the washroom to find a sink to wash your hands after doing your business at the bathroom. No fan in the bathroom nor was there any air conditioner in the unit. No sound proofing of the units as well, I was afraid that my young children would hear any inappropriate noises from either upstairs or beside the 2 units next to ours at night. At 4 AM the occupants upstairs started walking back and forth, water running, toilets flushing, I can hear everything. Why build a hotel without sound proofing???
Review 19：This property is right on the water with a great view of Perce Rock. Breakfast is good and reasonable in price. Front desk reception and waitresses spoke English very well. Lay out of the room is good, a living specie with sofa is provided. Great for a young family. The chairs provided at the front porch of the unit is good for relaxing while watching sun set or sun rise. Mattresses are comfortable. Owner was friendly, hotel staff in the reception and restaurant spoke English very well.
Review 20：3 person only 2 sets of towel and 2 cups ect...there was new bathtub and tiles but no caulking between tile and tub and full of black mold. Spider webs in corner of room. Bug insinde window. 2 wooden chair in the living room part instead of a sofa or love seat..Noisy from upstair. Lock ourselve our and was told to try to find the maid to open for us. Sink outside de bathroom in open area ok for couple but not with others. . The drinking glass where not washed the cleaning lady obviously rince them out and wipes the with Lord knows what. Empty cans and bottle where left on the counter.

We asked if they had lobster and they said yes. When we were ready to order in the restaurant, there was no lobster. I didn't like the room with old-fashioned and damaged furniture.

Raining cats & dogs so no intention on venturing out for evening meal but hotel restaurant was booked with a wedding so was told that they could,nt accommodate us. Was disappointed that as paying customers/residence we had to take a back seat (or no seat as it turned out) to a party. Thankfully the receptionist was able to contact a local pizza place and placed an order for us during storm. Service after that night at restaurant was very good.
