Review 1：Room was on the main floor just like we had asked - my husband cannot do stairs. Turns out there is an elevator, even though only 2 stories. We also really enjoyed the continental breakfast -- very convenient, and lots of variety.

Review 2：Pool and exercise room were tiny. Langley has very little going on other than the university. Broken toilet had to manually stop toilet from flushing. Bar closes at 9.30pm every night and rather far Out of the city.

Review 3：Staff were super. Breakfast is different every day! Quick coffee makers in rooms. Large lounge and large bed. Good water pressure from shower. ABC restaurant very good value for money. Quiet location, good for studying. Right next to university.

Review 4：Floor in bathroom was dirty; wifi was slow; I could easily hear people in the next room; breakfast was not fresh & omlet was not tasty (rubbery).

Review 6：When we entered or left the hotel the desk staff never looked up or acknowledged us. We could not seem to get a "good morning" or "good evening" from either of them that we saw!

Review 7：The room was comfortable and clean. Cleaning staff were very polite in the hallways. Wish there was a bedside table on each side of the bed though. Great place!

Review 8：The woman at the front desk - professional, yet friendly and welcoming. There was a man who came and helped us look under beds, behind furniture for my lost glasses. Amazing!!

Review 9：We stayed there twice over two weekends, only because we had non-refundable reservations. The first weekend we didn't sleep well because the air conditioner was very noisy and the bed was hard, stiff, and uncomfortable. The second stay was a bit better but not much. The bed was softer but again the air conditioner was noisy. I turned it off and the room became warm and muggy. Slept on top of the blankets because of the temperature. Almost immediately after we booked in for our second stay my wife went to use the bathroom and the toilet backed up. The good part of that was we informed the front desk and they fixed it right away. I think our second room must have been directly over the pool. When we were sitting in the room and watching TV we could hear all the noise below us.

Review 10：The staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to answer almost all of our questions about local stores and entertainment.They were even able to give us a $25 discount on our first stay because of a lack of comfort. The room was clean. The coffee they served with breakfast was good.

Review 11：We stayed there on the last night of our vacation. What a clean and comfortable place to end our trip. Just sorry we had to leave early and miss the breakfast.

Review 35：We are frequent visitors to this area and should have checked the price at hotel directly as they were running a special price for that property which would have saved us $20.00 per night for the seven nights we were there. Needless to say we will check the next time

Review 36：I liked the hotel, especially the indoor pool and hot tub. Comfortable rooms with great beds. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very good, menu reasonable and their staff were great.

Review 37：The bathtub/shower area should be equipped with grab bars, as well as a bath mat or friction strips on the bottom of the bathtub.

Review 38：Beds are very comfortable, with nice linens. The breakfast is good, with sufficient choices. Friendly staff. Adjoining restaurant is good. A short drive to lots of shopping and restaurants.

The night clerk was not very friendly I had made areservation on line and stated we were travelling with small dogs butthe hotel hadn't noticed the note and we were put on the 2nd floordogs were meant to be on the 1st floor she did let us bring the 1 dogthat was in the dog show in with us but her tone was not very nice.
