Review 1：too costly for this location. The building is in need of an up keep. Breakfast was pretty basic (stale bread and mouldy bread).

Review 3：Hsving a code for each device was really tedious, beds were only satisfactory in terms of comfort, breakfast was very basic.
Review 4：The room we had was very clean and it was definitely worth the money. Free parking. Walking distance from the beach.
Review 5：Loft area was extremely warm, no air circulation. Railing to loft was too loose - could be dangerous. 'Continental breakfast' - sign for a waffle maker but none existed, no pastries.

Review 7：Hot tub was broken, indoor pool was dirty, room had spiderwebs that had been there for a long time, snack machines were close to empty, balcony door was broken, room carpet was dirty and needed to be vacuumed, office was closed at 6:00pm and staff not available, breakfast with room charge was not served at 8:00 am when it was to be available to guests. Left at 8:30 and office and breakfast area were still unattended. Beds were uncomfortable, basic cable for tv selection and 25' inch tv in room. Very poor accommodation for the money being charged for a nights stay. Will not stay there again nor rev commend it to anyone. Not worth the money!

Review 38：Looks nothing like the picture, very run down in desperate need of an overhaul both inside and out. Halls and rooms smelt musty. Peeling paint everywhere on the outside, windows look like they have not been washed in years. Close to beach but nothing else. Very disappointed in booking.com so much that I don't know if I will ever use them again. Booking.com said only 3 rooms left at their advertised price I think that they were only 2 other rooms rented out in the entire hotel. would recommend Wasaga Beach but stay away from Donata House Hotel.
