Review 1：Overall, we got what we expected. This is a 3 star property that does what it advertises, though not all rooms are renovated to the extent indicated in the photos. Please note that the hotel is located on a hill just up from the village. There are four separate buildings at this property, some distance apart. Walking from the accommodation buildings to the office/restaurant could be a challenge for many.There are no elevators, so if your room is on the 2nd level, there are fairly steep stairs to be negotiated with luggage.
Review 2：We stayed at the end of the tourist season, in October, so got a bit better rate. It was very quiet in the hotel and in the village of Gaspe. The view of the Rocher Perce and the ocean was stunning. Breakfast was available in a very pleasant dining room, at an additional (~$15 each) cost.
Review 3：I thought the breakfast was a little too much money for the size of the portions served. Although it was on par with the other restaurants in the area. The food was well presented and tasty. Coffee was great.
