Set in the centre of Andorra’s Pas de la Casa, the Alaska aparthotel is 350 feet from the ski slopes. It offers a ski school, ski storage and gym. A spa is available for a supplement.
The spa includes a hot tub, sauna and Turkish bath. A massage service is also offered for an extra cost. The complex has 24-hour reception and you can hire a car from the tour desk. There is a children’s playground and a games room with billiards.
Heated apartments and studios have a living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen satellite TV. All have a safe and apartments have laptop safes. There is a private bathroom with a hairdryer. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Review 1：Threepersoon room with all the beds in one room, no doors. Not a nice place when you travel with a snoring person. Wifi key needs to be filled in every time you leave the hotel and come back. Cute receptionist didn't have time to ski with me.

Review 9：Small cramped, no balcony, windows don't open. More of a basic, no frills hotel room than an apartment, tiny TV, very basic, a bit over priced. Access to hot tub and sauna extra charge.

Review 10：Location is excellent, two minute walk from the lifts and bars/restaurants. Discount on ski rentals at nearby shop. Free convenient ski equipment lockers. Basic apartment, adequate, clean, comfortable, modern, good shower and water pressure. Kitchen was adequate to make breakfast.

Review 11：Apartments are not ski in-ski out! Boot rooms too small, dirty, cold, and wet. There are no boot heaters in ski lockers; there is no facility to dry boots. The spa not worth 12EUR per person! Cold small Jacuzzi just +30 degrees. Poor Wi-Fi. "Kitchen" facility very small, two persons couldn't be at same time. There is no oven, dish washer, the hob so small we couldn't fit two pots at same time.

Review 13：Pas De las casa is a lovely resort and the Alaska was well placed for the ski lifts and the village in general . I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting :) The apartment was cleaned with clean sheets and towels daily and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only down point was the spa which was not worth the €10 !! Either remove the fee or update it would be my advice !!! Overall a fabulous holiday :)

Review 24：WiFi that you cannot connect to no matter how hard you or the reception staff try. Boot room is small and no boot heaters so damp boots every morning, should be better in a 4* establishment. Some staff could not understand what you were asking for, bulb in bedroom was broken despite asking twice for it fixing, gave up in end. I think they have been trained to say that they will deal with it and then forget about it. Garage is small and if your not a good driver, don't attempt to park in it.

Review 33："Kitchen" far to small in relation to the number of people sleeping. Garage could only take small cars. WiFi not up to standard, only one PC/Laptop/phone could be connected in the flat, so far to small capacity. A bit irritating with the high extra costs for the "Spa" and breakfast. The steam sauna was so hot that you could not stay more than 30 seconds. The opening times of the "Spa" was very resticted.

The locker room isn't heated & there are no facilities to dry boots. The reataurant staff is very courtious but breakfast offered not up to standard and not worth the money. The Spa isn't worth the money either, the jacuzzi isn't warm. & the WIFI offered is a complete struggle. Can't be used by more than one person at a time. True joke. By no means does it fullfill the standard of a 4 star Aparthotel. The Apartment management should travel to Austria & learn more about running the business properly.

There were 2 english channels on the tv (bbcNews and cnn news, not our first choice!!), the shower was lovely, theroom was clean and well equiped( except for a kettle), the lockers forthe skiis were very handy and it was was well positioned across fromSpar and around the corner from the Irish bars. Staff were veryfriendly and aloud us to check in early when we arrived. What morecould you ask for!

Review 57：The atudio for 2 people i too small. The studio for 3 people is ideal for 2 people but small for 3. The third person needs to sleep in a sofa-bed. Rooms were too hot and dry. Impossible to sleep all night. Even with the radiators off. I think they do have on the floor heating that is too high. It dries up the room! Parking is ridiculously expensive almost € 20 a night! Very small and difficult to get in and out. As we arrive (I, my wife and and kid) our 2 people studio had not been cleaned and they put us in a 3-people studio for that night.then they changed us the day after even though we were with a kid and we had already unpacked! That was not nice for a 4 star hotel. I think they should remove one star!

Review 58：Location was great. Staff were correct. The guy im the bar-restaurant and the cleanners were amazingly nice with us and the baby. In reception they had to check anything with the director... No autonomy at all. Even though they were correct and polite. The baby park is very useful if you go with kids. However if you come with kids you better bring your own travel cot otherwise they will charge you € 6 extra per night!
