Review 1：A fan in the bedroom would have been nice.
Review 2：Close proximity to the Basilica, museum,boutique and other stores. Free parking very close to the Auberge. Able to take the Intercar bus to Quebec city and return.
Review 3：There is no air-conditioning, but that is good penance for a pilgrimage.
Review 4：This is a perfect spot for pilgrims to St. Anne's or who want to stay cheaply near Quebec (30 minute drive).

Review 7：Community events took over the rooms, very crowded for a funeral and a community breakfast. Could not use the dining rooms or sitting rooms as normal. Also no coffee except during dining room staff hours. Plus it was expensive for a single very small serving. Had to walk quite far to buy coffee when I really needed some daily in the early morning or evening.
Review 8：Exceptional location for the Shrine. Exceptional staff at the front desk. Very kind, courteous, bi-lingual! I would go back there because of the front desk clerks alone!
Review 9：No air conditioning in the triple room we booked. We arrived on a very warm afternoon after a long trip. The alternative was a double room with an additional cot squeezed in. Also, breakfast was not included. We found other accommodations that were more comfortable, included breakfast and reasonably priced.

Review 15：when we arrived there--they could notfind our reservation which made us quite nervous seeing we had booked alot in advance. they did manage to find us 2 rooms with double beds and did take some time. they did give us 2 rooms with windows seeing we had a problem with booking. The showers are very hard to adjust--either ice cold or scalding.

Review 52：The location across from the Basilica was perfect! Could not be any better. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The cafeteria food was good and the prices were great. No TV or phone in the room was actually a plus for us, it was a chance to "unplug" from technology and truly relax and focus on a pilgrimage. Everything was very clean. We look forward to our next stay.

Very narrow shower and I'm sure that this place was once a convent or seminary ergo the style and types of rooms available.
