Review 1：Message passing not good, we had a whole day wasted waiting for contact from someone because a message had been taken in the early morning but not passed to us till the afternoon.
Review 2：The location is stunning and the hotel is quiet and well placed to the town. Parking facilities good.
Review 3：We had a ground floor room, with a view of a boarded fence erected around some ground works, which obstructed the view somewhat. Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was clearly in need of updating.

Review 5：The hotel inside is dated and old, it needs a facelift. The dining room is like a retirement home, dowdy and depressing and the Staff are so miserable it doesn't help. We arrived at lunchtime and since our room wasn't ready we went to the dining room for convenience to have lunch. It was Sunday and lunch was a buffet, expensive for fairly bland tasting and mediocre food, a big mistake. Reception staff are also miserable, don't speak English except for one younger man who got a taxi for us. There is a sense of apathy and lack of any sense of urgency or need to put themselves out. We waited for twenty minutes to get a drink in the bar in the evening and had to go to reception twice to ask for a barman to come.

Review 7：The views from that hotel are amazing. I would sleep and wake up to the view of 2 massive volcanoes across the lake. The service is absolutely amazing. I had a problem with the heating in my room and they took care of it right away. I only had breakfast in the hotel and it was pretty nice with lots of variety for all tastes, also with a nice view. Another thing was that helped me on my short trip was that they help with booking tours which is very practical.
Review 8：the staff blasted loud music at 8:00am, it was extremely loud and woke us up. There was no explanation made nor apology offered.

Review 10：The shower was awful. The bathroom itself was clean and spacious, but the shower head and curtains would make a mess every time.
Review 11：Stunning views if you get the rooms facing Llanquihue lake. It was often cloudy which would obscure the view of Volcan Osorno, but when the sky was clear the view was beautiful. It is quite near the waterfalls at Saltas de Petrohue and the base of Volcan Osorno, both of which are worth the visit. Excellent breakfast with healthy food.

Review 16：My sisters and I found the Hotel Bela Vista Excellent .... I miss you already! Good Customer, quiet, great location, wonderful breakfast. And the buffet lunch on Sunday was Wonderful. Congratulations to Chef Rodrigo, who agreed with what I love in relation to seafood, smoked salmon, fresh salmon c caper sauce and everything was very delicious including desserts and fruits of the region. Room service very good !! Thank you all and congratulations !!

Review 19：Hotel is across the road from the beautiful Lake so the views of it and the volcanos are pretty. Only a few mins walk to banks restaurants supermarket shops. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and choices. Limited tight car parking. The hotel is old but we'll maintained. It has character.God sized double room. Staff speak some English. I think rooms would be warm in summer as no aircon and only airflow thru Windows, which pen to traffic noise.

Review 60：I really don't know why people rated this hotel so high. It was the worse hotel that I ever stayed, considering what was sold and what was offered. The staff is not prepared. The installation needs many repair. The floor is made of wood. You can hear any noise coming from out side of your room. It's a shame to call this hotel as a 4 stars hotel with that kind of bathroom. I dind't have that kind of breakfast in hotels simpler. I found this hotel here, but it was definitely a huge mistake. The city, the lake, the mountain, everything around is so pleasant, but the hotel... To be honest, the hotel should be sold as a 2 ou 3 stars at most. I really do not recommend.

However, when we arrived forour second night, you did not have the change in your system, nor didyou have any rooms left for us. We were very disappointed, as it wasalready very late at night. The young man at the desk, who had noauthority to do anything, talked to Susan, but nothing could be done. Hesent us way up a hill to another hotel, and that was adequate. Review 63：The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious andbeautifully appointed. Great sheets, for example. Also the morningbuffet was excellent!
Review 64：Room very drafty (windows and balcony door, the latter did not lock; and big crack in room door - you could look through it!) and cold. The problem was that it was cold and the heater only worked partially. Together with the draft and the very thin bedding (just a thin blanket) we froze at night

Review 68：Amazing hotel! Stayed in 4 other hotels in Puerto Varas before. Bellavista is by far the best quality. Location is very good: view over the lake with the volcano in all rooms. Breakfast was phenomenal: Raspberry cake, lemon pie and home made brownies, lots of juices, eggs and sausages and a lot of fruit.. and Ulmo Honey! Staff was very helpful and efficient; especially during check/in -out and when I needed to print, scan and email a document! Very helpful and friendly.. without the "suck-up" attitude.
