Review 1：Late check-in was so simple and it was a welcome relief after my 6 hour drive. The Sopwell Suite was amazing; I loved everything about it. The king-sized, four-poster bed was the stuff of my childhood dreams and I was sad to leave it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Review 2：We stayed in the Murphy Suite of the All Suites Whitney Manor, which was so unique with its old exposed stone walls, deep windowsills (6), 3 fireplaces, beautiful floors, beautiful comfy furniture, well-stocked kitchen (loved the over-sized wine glasses), beautiful glass artwork throughout....etc. One little thing (and it's just so tiny) is that there could be more hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels. I can't think of another thing I'd change. Thank you!
Review 3：Please purchase new mattress and pillows. Both too hard!! This was in the Murphy Suite. Heating system wasn't great. Way too hot up stairs even with Windows open. Could not simply turn system off. Directions a bit vague.

Review 16：We understand the problem with bugs being so close to the water because we also live close to the water. But when we checked in there were many dead or dying flies on the floor which we picked up. I think our unit must have been sprayed just before we arrived which made us worry a little about breathing in whatever was killing the bugs. There was a small glitch upon our arrival where there was no soap or shampoo but this was rectifed the next day and everyone was very pleasant. These two minor complaints aside, we will definitely return and highly recommend this property!
Review 17：Beautiful property. Very quiet and relaxing but only 10 minutes from downtown Kingston. Really enjoyed relaxing on the Riverview balcony of the penthouse suite. Highly recommend and we hope to return again.

Review 19：It is exactly as the pictures on the website and more. It is extra clean with all the conveniences you could wish. It is also extremely quiet, inside and outdoors.
Review 20：We stayed in the 3rd floor suite. Great view of bay and islands from outside balcony. Stairs to 3rd floor were steep, but this is a 200+ year old home. Bedroom fireplace, old stone walls floors and exposed rafters.
Review 21：Fabulous inn, very private. Our suite was larger than most apartments with a huge kitchen and loft bedroom. Beautfully decorated, lots of towels, courtious and accommodating staff ... we visit the Kingston area often and will definitely stay here again.
Review 22：My wife had a tiny peace of glass that penetrated her foot, while in the bathroom. Glad we brought our first aid kit. It has been difficult to extract the intruder. It would have been good to receive a copy a a detailed bill through email. Our credit card has been charged, but we did not have a clear idea of the charges.

Our stay at the Whitney Suite was magical - something out of British period novels. Cara, the manager , is a very warm and caring person. She goes the extra mile to make one feel at home.
Review 27：They only have a few apartments so unless you plan well in advance you are taking your chances at availability. There is nothing that can be done about this other than being aware and planning accordingly.
Review 28：Everything! It is away from downtown Kingston but close. It is in a very quiet peaceful location. The units are all beautiful. There is everything you could want, or need, in each unit; including dishwasher and washer and dryer. When I need accommodation in Kingston I will not be looking anywhere else, unless all the units are booked for when I want to come.

Review 30：The self check-in could have gone more smoothly had an envelope been left with instructions on how to get in to our suite. There was a little mixup with communications between staff. A 24hr contact number would be very helpful or an on-site rep at check-in. The kitchen could use a pair of scissors, a broom and dustpan and a few more cups and small glasses.

We rented the Penhouse, which is the smallest appartment, however it has a balcony overlooking St. Lawrence River which was great. The appartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Even all the cleaning supplies and kitchenware were there. They say the Penthouse is for 2, but it can easily accommodate couple of small children if you don't mind them sleeping in the living room. The innkeeper and the owner were both very courteous.We had a great time, wish we had syated longer than 2 days.

Very clean, very comfortable and extreme attention to detail; it was stocked with all the necessities to make it feel like a home. Located in a very quiet suburb of Kingston, only a 5 minute drive to downtown.
Review 43：Odd furnishings. No drawer space in the bedroom, a curtain that could not be closed since the track was misaligned, lack of dresser in bedroom, no bedside tables, only an odd table between the beds, with a piece of sculpture on it, lack of instructions for various technologies in the apt, from light switches, to running of kitchen devices, shortage of coat hangers, absence of onsite manager, lack of a proper descriptions of what's available in Kingston, unpainted plaster repairs, plug in without a switch plate. etc. I got the impression that owner managers were not putting out much effort but were relying on the magnificence of the place, and the cheerful energetic loyalty of it's staff member to detract from their obvious lack of presence. And please align the drapery track in the bedroom. It's a bit unnerving at night to have a two foot gap in the curtains.

Very quiet. Absolute value for the room or should I say suite you get. Spend some $$$ and get great accomadations!
