Reviews for Hotel Spa Princesa Parc

Review 1:I had an upgraded room but the bathroom was not up to the same standard I don't agree with people being allowed to bring dogs as I was kept awake with the dog barking as there shut in the room & the noise from people in the corridors walking to there rooms is quite loud

Review 2:Great location & facilities to suit all ages Great skiing considering the lack of snow fall

Review 3:Room selection was wrong, should of been a double room instead of a twin, ventilation into the hotel was poor. Tried to charge me for mini bar I didn't use.

Review 4:Staff were excellent, food was good quality, hotel located in nice surroundings, thermal spa was very nice also.

Review 5:price being woken up with maintenance drilling walls every morning small basic rooms no bath shower only room not serviced one day spa not included in room

Review 6:location

Review 7:Room was basic. Dinner was a buffet and food was horrible, we were horrified at the prices of it on checkout. Nothing in Mini bar in bedroom. And the bathroom was pretty horrible, direct marks and hair everywhere and bath water was like warm, my partner couldn't even fit in the bath as so small.

Review 8:Outside was lovely.

Review 9:Had to pay extra for the spa facilities and pool; guests should be given a special deal or at least one free session. Spa was also not hot enough for relaxing the muscles after skiing. 40 minutes drive away from the third ski area of Arcalis. Noisy river next to one of the hotel buildings, but this was due to spring snow melt.

Review 10:Staff very helpful and courteous. Only a short walk to main gondola access to Arinsal, then links to Pal. Huge choice for breakfast buffet, including freshly made pancakes. Bars and other eating places nearby - try Quo Vadis (British run) for cheaper evening food than the hotel offers.

Review 11:Not being able to get home due the Pas Dela Casa road being closed [cant control the weather].

Review 12:Hotel and staff were great, location is good, only a short walk to the gondola. Food was of a good standard but some more choice would have been welcome. Skiing was great, beautiful sunshine for most of the trip.

Review 13:Food was plentiful and fine - although after afew days worth trying some local restaurants for something different.

Review 14:Location, Staff and facilities were all top class.

Review 15:You have to Pay for the spa. Only give u decaf coffee in the rooms. If u are Half board they do not give u water at the eve meal. Some of the Staff at the recepción are rude. There is a general bad atmosphere in the hotel. It seems tacky that they treat u this way.

Review 16:Good locación and warm rooms.

Review 17:the temperature of the rooms was really hot was waking up a lot apart from that loved it

Review 18:I liked the food, the service, facilities and being close to ski lift very good definately interested to come there again

Review 19:For a four star hotel the facilities and bathroom were really out dated. In needed of makeover/refurbishment. The only good thing about the bedroom was the bed. Bathroom outdated and need bleach in bath tubs. Breakfast baked beans wasn't even hot, they've literally poured a new batch from the can without heating it up. You might as well not have it. Buffet dinner was so dissapointing. Only good thing was the quick grilled steak and potato salad. We ended cancelling our second night full board to go out and eat. My friend mentioned that the sister hotel which was next doors Diana Parc (5star) had excellent food and it was only when they got offered to upgrade to have a spa bath that they were moved next door. Wished we were given that option because our experience may have been a lot better

Review 20:It's really close to the gondolas and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great entertainment such as bowling alley but you have to pay extra for it. Breakfast spread was standard. You have a hot breakfast which included omelettes, pancakes, baked tomatoes, and you have cold cuts yoghurts, fruits and cereal. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Review 21:The speed and availability of wifi was poor and frustrating

Review 22:Room, location, staff very helpful, housekeeping efficient and tidy. Would recommend for a skiing holiday as everything is at the hotels door.

Review 23:Overpriced, worst service ever (pretty much rude), facilities are awful, terrible decoration, feels cold and taky. Smells like toilet cleaning product. Would never recommend it.

Review 24:Location

Review 25:Communications

Review 26:Awful car park, staff took far too long at reception to deal with clients, breakfast like a canteen, all communal areas are 3 not 4 star!

Review 27:Bad value. We paid almost double than our brother by booking with booking.com not impressed. Next time I'll book with travel supermarket.com

Review 28:Good location Terrible food

Review 29:The facilities would be excellent for a hotel of half the size. Didn't use the nice outdoor pool because it was always massively busy. Likewise the dining room at breakfast was total chaos. On the days of bad weather it would have been nice to use the indoor pool without a big supplement.

Review 30:Nice room, and public areas. Good location.

Review 31:Too many children for our liking but it is Summer holiday time but felt a curfew in the evening would be a good idea. Our first room was disappointing with a shower that flooded the bathroom but the manager sorted us out promptly.

Review 32:We thought the food and wine excellent. The staff extremely good. The wellness center and spa amazing. The evening musician very entertaining. Our massage was top notch! The manager extremely helpful with a lovely nature.

Review 33:Great selection of food

Review 34:Shower was broken, mini fridge was broken and dirty. One wall was filthy with handprints and/or footprints.

Review 35:Beautiful location, beautiful hotel.

Review 36:availability of parking

Review 37:good location good bars and nice rooms

Review 38:No wifi in the bedroom. Expected a room with a view but looked onto other buildings.

Review 39:Location of the hotel. Very comfortable hotel.

Review 40:Relaxed and unpretentious Hotel with a lovely atmosphere.

Review 41:Staff

Review 42:Pool

Review 43:Gym didn't open til 8am

Review 44:Choice of food and range of bars/ games area

Review 45:Bathroom was dated and needed a refit

Review 46:Friendliness of the staff and proximity to the ski lift

Review 47:We had aroom at the A Block and the ro om had to small bath and shower

Review 48:The Food is exellent

Review 49:pretentious staff

Review 50:Great room, Spa, location

Review 51:The restaurant seating system unnecessarily left people waiting outside for an unacceptable amount of time

Review 52:Our waiter Danny was brilliant. The hotel bar price was lower than the local average.

Review 53:The food was awful!!! Very expensive when you have to pay extra to use the spa at a spa hotel and only use it when pre-booked!

Review 54:Very comfy bed, lovely reception and bar

Review 55:Perhaps areas/rooms that were child free zones but really not a problem

Review 56:The location is excellent, very near the gondala for the ski slopes and beautiful views all round the hotel. The Spa facilities were excellent. Staff were very good and very helpful. We will be back again

Review 57:Smell of permiating chlorine from wellbeing/hottub centre. A beautiful river runs by, but very noisy at night, even with the window shut.

Review 58:Good position for skiing

Review 59:Louvre bar is a serious rip off in terms of price, whilst the otherbars are reasonable. A strange seating system in the restaurant, in asmuch you have to wait to be seated. On two occasions having been madeto wait the staffs pleasure,we were then taken to a table with 3 seatsand a high chair, as the youngest person was 25 this seemed strange. Itwas like some sort of staff power trip, wait for us and then we willtake you to the most unsuitable table possible. Yet the waiting staffwere great.

Review 60:Very good staff in bar and restaurant. Sensible prices for drinks exceptthe louvre bar.

Review 61:Easy to find, warm reception, comfortable rooms, great breakfasts and dining. Really friendly and helpful staff, some of whom have worked there for over 10 years - happy staff ensure a good stay.

Review 62:Gave us a room right above lobby. Very loud club music from basementclub plus could hear slidding lobby door open and close.

Review 63:Great location, walk to shops, restaurants and ski lift. Also, away frommain congested shopping area of Andorra.

Review 64:--very simple for a "delux" room, --no space for ski equipment (jackets, trousers etc) in the room as rooms are to small, --food variety in the Restaurant limited and not of too high quality, --bathroom not very fresh any more.

Review 65:--close to the lift, --lovely bed linnen.

Review 66:The spa wasn't including in our booking.com rate and this was one ofthe main reasons we chose the hotel. Although the choice was good thehot breakfast was often lukewarm as it had been standing.

Review 67:Location is perfect, near to bars, restaurant, ski hire & gondola. We were only B&B so didn't experience dinner choice butbreakfast choice was very good. The hotel bar was very nice and hadlive music.

Review 68:The attitude of the desk staff was fairly cold, the breakfast buffetstaff not tHat helpful, the hot breakfast buffet was not hot. The room401 has large amounts of mildew and damp down one wall , the toilet seatwas broken, no coffee/ tea making facility in the room, the hotel isadvertised as a 4 star, the hotel is closer to a 2/3 star. Car parkcharge is ridiculous at 16 euro per day, and a Havana rum is 7 euroswith spirits being so cheap in Andorra this is a blatant rip off.Would Irecommend this hotel to my friends , No.

Review 69:The location was ideal, the staff in Bogarts sports bar very friendlyand amicable.

Review 70:Pillows were uncomfortable as they were too big.

Review 71:Unusually for a hotel in a ski resort the temperature throughout the hotel was perfect, not overly hot and the rooms lovely and cool. Food was excellent, superb buffet meals with everything one could wish for.

Review 72:The bedrooms are the only thing that has had a recent brush-up ; the bathrooms are dated and look very tired, and the communal parts are nowhere near what you would expect in a 4 star (and compare poorly to the Ahotel piolet or Sport hotels I had stayed at in Andorra). The buffet area is very 80s and the food again compared poorly to the other 4 stars I had stayed at. there is no porter service and only 1 lift quite a distanxce from reception so getting settled and checking outr was a major pain. Also there was no room in the bedroom to dry/hang your ski clothes. The kids' club is also very basic. In summary a very poor value for moany deal although the location makes some of it up.

Review 73:We liked the location, near the telecabine, and the staff was very friendly. The bedrooms have been recently redecorated and look better than most ski hotel bedrooms.

Review 74:Small lounging area around pool meaning we didn't get to use it as sun loungers always all in use. Small children aloud in spa

Review 75:Comfy beds. Good location for mountain walks

Review 76:The floor was v cold and the room had a tendency to get cold. Lacked attention to detail with a dodgy shower that was broken. Reception staff were a bit cold and seemed rather fed up and uninterested in guests

Review 77:it fitted the bill for us - rooms were comfortable , particularly the beds. Food was pretty good and waiting staff were v helpful.

Review 78:everything was perfect

Review 79:good value for money, excellent hotel

Review 80:Personally I thought the staff on the reception desk were really rude and unhelpful. Apart from that everything was really good

Review 81:Very dirty and old bathroom. Cleaning in restaurant not much better with encrusted dust on top of a shelf with ornaments.

Review 82:The seating arrangement in the dining room

Review 83:Great location in the village, great helpful staff

Review 84:Parking is not free and suitable for large Van...

Review 85:Location, nice rooms, great Spa, Very nice Bar, Bowling

Review 86:Nothing to say

Review 87:Everything is GREAT!

Review 88:The coffee in the lounge was only luke warm, weak and expensive.

Review 89:Beds were extremely comfortabls.

Review 90:Excellent staff; good food; daily live music..well organized for skiers.Strongly recommended!
