Review 1：Front desk staff. They simply ignore the content of email messages. There is a also a catch. You only can check in at 2:00 and leave by noon. No chance for a late check out. You can find more flexibility in another pousadas for the same price.

Review 3：Bed and pillows were hard as a rock. Linens were old and full of holes. Very noisy. Activity at pool until midnight. When you turned on the air conditioner it was so loud you couldn't hear the tv.
