Review 1：I had to leave the hotel 1 day before and because I used Booking.com they said I could not have refunded the night I did't use.

Review 2：Very close to my work destination. Staff very professional and courteous.

Review 3：So .... on the first day that we stayed (we were there four nights) we had no toilet paper in our room ..... unheard of !! on realizing I asked at reception who told me they would get onto it right away ... I ended up having to ask FOUR TIMES to get some .. by this time we had already gone up the road and purchased some ... unacceptable ! we were not even offered an apology !! we ended up having to move rooms also as there was a storm during one of the nights of our stay and we were unable to sleep due to the noise of the rain etc on the roof of the neighboring building ! be warned !! stay in the higher floors if you stay with these guys ! personally I recommend trying the other hotel in town which appears to have great reviews. Others in our group also had issues with their rooms which needed rectified !!

Review 7：It was the 3d time when I stayed at this hotel. The previous experience was better. - Wi-Fi was working only in some parts of the room. When we moved to the 11th floor it was even worst. - Ants! In our room on the 7th floor we have found a lot of small red ants. We had asked to change the room. - Every time during the cleaning, they were forgetting to take out the garbage from the kitchen.
