Review 1：The rooms were not the most luxiourous ones we stayed in for a four star hotel. But they were big, clean and modern. So thats the most important.

Review 15：The Spa is extremely nice and enjoyable. Though the hotel was wellbooked out, there were only a few people in the wellness area, thereforeyou could really have a relaxing time and get energized. The hotel has awonderful situation, very calm and has a great mountain view. The foodin the restaurant and the breakfast were excellent. The rooms were veryclean, and we could sleep very well on the comfortable beds.

Review 16：No water jet massage in the spa, neither circular jet shower nor underwater jets. Even the water cascade is intermittent and rather weak. Would really have liked to jet-massage my tired legs after day's skiing, but had to make do with a (very good) sauna and a soak in a pool.

Review 17：The quiet efficiency of the staff just blows you away. Never intrusive, always helpful, it is rare to see such a natural hospitality. Restaurant choices are limited, but what is available is of top quality. Same respectful, non-intrusive and effective service. Spa is very well appointed, very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

Review 20：I reserved this hotel because it is close to ski resorts in Tyrol.Atfirst sight the location looks indifferent.When I entered the room(diamont section) the view from the balcony was simply exotic, thevalley between the Alps in all it's glory.The spa facilities is a pieceof art and the outdoor swimming pool has the same view with to thealps.They have also a high quality restaurant.The staff is very friendlyand proffesional.
