Review 1：Wi fi kept cutting out. No AC or ceiling fan. Hair dryer didn't work.No coffee maker. Only sheer curtain; no blind on bathroom window for privacy.
Review 2：Breakfast in restaurant, although not included, was good. Convenient location.
Review 3：Not a bad experience - but they had stopped serving dinners two nights before (end of season) so we missed the fine food that had been recommended. (We'll have to go earlier next time!!)

Review 11：We had a seaward view room (126) that provided a great view of Perce Rock. Very clean and cozy, if a bit dated. The staff was superb and served up one of the best breakfasts of the trip. The place has a full restaurant. It is near the boardwalk and playground, and while it is on the main road, it is surprisingly quiet.
Review 12：The room was like a motel room from the 50s. You couldn't get out of the bed from one side as there was less than a foot and no bedside table. I felt claustrophobic. Bathroom window had a sheer curtain - people walking in the back could look right through. Would not stay here again.

Review 14：We had booked a double room with 2 double beds with a mountain view, what we got was a regular room with 1 double bed and a large single with a view of the rear parking lot and roof line. The hotel owners we less than accommodating... Not impressed at all.

Review 35：It is situated practically across the Roché which was our main reason tovisit. The rooms were clean and large enough, the staff absolutelywonderful. The owner, Renault, is a wonderful individual who takes timeto chat with you and answer any question you might have. Their diningroom is excellent and they have a deal where a 5 course dinner(wonderfully prepared) and a breakfast will be under $50.00. I would andwill recommend this Manoir to anyone who travels to Percé. AllGaspesians are very friendly and courteous and go out of their way tohelp you. Wonderful time, we had.
Review 36：Could use some updates. An overwhelming smell of carpet deoderizer throughout which makes those with scent allergies very uncomfortable. Not sure the bathroom; bathtub in particular, was as clean as it needed to be for those of us who like to take baths.
