Review 1：The lights do not work well on all floors after getting out of elevator, this can be really hazardous when you guess where you are walking, thank you to my cell phone light. The worst was the WIFI, good connection in common area, but in the room is very slow when it connect, very unrelianle I had to change hotel due to that.

Review 3：In the middle of a warm shower the water turned suddenly cold and then returned to warm. I've experienced this before in other hotels that I've been. I really don't know why that always happens. It is not a big deal, just to comment.

Review 8：The hotel is an icon of Piracicaba city. Funded in the 70s, the hotel was been restored and now offer very good infra structure for a fair price. Breakfast and a good wi-fi connection are included, and the room clean and comfortable. The hotel also has a very good pool for relaxing.
Review 9：I am allergic to feathers and there was no option for feather-free pillows. The wifi was difficult to use.
Review 10：The location is great. The lobby and ground floor are beautifully maintained. There is a small excercise room with a few pieces of equipment for a short workout. The breakfast is excellent.
Review 11：Air conditioner old and very noisy (It was hard to sleep with it on, but it was too hot and I couldn't open the windows because of mosquitoes) Staff not well prepared; the waiter didn't know how to prepare the coffee and they never had the answers for my question. They need better training. They were polite, anyway.

Review 23：A little bit overpriced. The pool area is only for the picture. Nobody was ever there as it is direct on the street ! The corridors look like a Hospital, be pice the light hon off too quickly kind of scary.
