Review 11：I would recommend to include kettle in the room, not just at the office. Also, they should split the lights from the vent in the bathroom. You don't need a vent every time you switch the lights on...

Review 13：The bed sheets and bathroom had hair that did not belong to us on it. At night there was a constant noise every five minutes that sounded like a generator. You can hear the cars driving by at night.

Review 14：The bathroom was renovated and it was very nice, the mattress seemed to be new. The room was not big but it wasn't too small either. You are able to control the temperature in the room and it goes up and down fairly quickly

Review 52：The hotel was very clean and there's a lot of restaurants very close for lunch or diner. Tony the owner was very helpful. We asked him a good place for breakfast and lunch. The bed was very comfortable.

Review 53：Upon arrival, Motel Ritz looks like any other motel, but it is far from being ordinary. Firstly, Tony the owner is friendly and has a lovely welcome. The room we got was recently renovated with great taste (beautiful marble floors, quality furniture, stone-tiled- shower, with great attention to detail in every respect. Tony also recommended a pizzaria that had to be one of the best ever... Upon check-out, we grabbed a bunch of cards and will happily recommend this Motel, which we think, should be re-named "Tony's Place". It's a gem, great value (the best value for $$ we've seen on the continent) and Bonus, as we were attending a conference at Hilton Casino. it is exactly 8 minutes drive from Casino (slightly longer in morning traffic). Bravo Tony! This little motel is now our Ottawa favourite.

Review 54：Room was very small. No where to comfortably put 2 suitcases, and no counter space in bathroom to put toiletries etc. Some issues with plumbing fixtures in bathroom (faucet for sink loose, taps in shower hard to turn off).

Review 60：We were disturbed by the smell of marijuana coming from the neighborsroom. Right now the employee on duty for night was informed of thesituation. He came in our room and noticed the smell. Thus, he kindlyoffered us another room than we refused because there was only a singlebed. He then advised us to make aerate the room by opening the window,by starting up the air conditioner and the fan in the toilet, the timeto inform the neighbors that he is going to call the police to put themoutside if they don't stop smoking at once. The employee did wellhis work and we were able to spend a good night, except for 2 hours.
