Review 1：Sometimes the Toilet didn't flush properly but other than that nothing bad to say

Review 3：Great friendly small hotel in great location - close enough to village amenities but just far enough away not to be kept awake by the couple of late bars in Arinsal.Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice to set you up for a day on the mountain . Paco & his team made us very welcome and we would not hesitate in returning or recommending this little gem of a hotel . Thank you Paco and we hope to see you again next year !

Review 6：Apart from the breakfast, the food served in the evening was rather poor. Luckily we weren't staying on a half-board basis, so we didn't have to eat there every night.
Review 7：Good Breakfast. Good choice of hot and cold options. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was a good size and the towels were nice and big! We were also able to connect to wifi in the room which was an added bonus (but not a necessity in my opinion). Nice to have free parking as well. Arinsal is a great resort with lively bars, good restaurants and at Christmas the slopes and lifts are relatively quiet but it gets much busier at the New Year.

Review 29：The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, the price for the stay was more than reasonable, and the included breakfast was very good. It was a pity that the pool was not already in use because the summer was not fully started, but the garden is a pleasant place to read book.
Review 30：The room was too small for four people, although the bathroom was quite spacious. I would prefer a double bed rather than two separate beds pushed together. No vegetables for dinner, but plenty of fruit for breakfast.

Review 36：The food at dinner was fantastic, very good price/quality. The hotel very warm, very comfortable, very clean. Not so rich in luxury, don't have spa's and sauna etc, but have all that we need to go skiing and rest the body. Very nice.

Review 38：Good location (300 metres away from Gondola). Nice Bars and restaurats on walking distance. If you need to rent ski equipment, the hotel offers 20% discount for guests. The ski shop is only a few metres away from cable car. There is also a Late Check out (5pm) option for 25 euros.
Review 39：Nothing to dislike really, The safe in the room was out of order but they offered to put any valuables in the main safe at reception. A shortage of towels in the room was quickly rectified once we informed reception.

However the food was 100% brilliant considering we where a party of 10 and with some fussy eaters there was something for use all. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Our room was at the front, with a balcony, giving us great views of the mountains, but I think all rooms would have had this, as in every direction were wonderful views. Review 108：We were very good received at the hotel. The friendly staff informed us good about what to do. We had one of their nicest rooms with view over the mountains and there was a big balcony. Like was promised on booking.com. There was enough parking place. The kitchen provided us good fresh and home made products for a small price which realy surpriced us. Last evening we got a nice glas of bubbles to celebrate our last night.
Review 109：Wasn't allowed a room for '2 adults and 2 children' as thisonly allows children up to 2 years of age, had to have a quad room at 20euros more, and it is the same room with the same beds! Our children are8 and 5 and certainly don't eat 20 euros more breakfast! Noisy whenpeople above were leaving in the middle of the night because of thetiled floors. No drink making facilities in the rooms.

Review 111：the hotel is quiet generally but avoid snowbox music festival week when the resort is full of drunks. we were there only during 1 night of that week and are glad that was all, with people walking past and some returning to the hotel making lots of noise during most of the night. This also probably applies to most hotels in arinsal on snowbox week!

Review 127：avoid the music festival week in the ski season unless that is what you are there for. some of the other guests in the hotel who presumably came mainly for the festival were loud, drunk and annoying in the early hours however the hotel management did take swift action to solve the problem. This was not any fault of the hotel and at any other time it is always a great place to stay.
