Review 1：Bathtub dangerously slippery, bathmat wouldn't stick either to help with footing. No cold water pressure, so it took at least 15 minutes to fill tub. Plug in tub did not work at all, had to stuff washcloth into it. Having a shower was just as bad, because of water pressure/no cold water

Review 7：Got there at 10:30 pm the 1st night and apartment was 80-85 F. I would recommend turning on ac if you know unit is rented that night. Once it cooled down (by 3-4 am) it was comfortable the next couple days.

The front desk clerk was aware from our first night there...he tried to help.. but was unable to fix the internet problem. He said it was just our unit. but did not move us to another room.

Review 16：I frequently use low budget motels as I travel to kingston allot for work This is by far the cleanest best value for you dollar It's deceiving as location because there's not allot around it but it's a 5 min drive downtown and right at the highway if you need And the couple at the front desk are so friendly and helpful

Review 18：In room #2, wifi is weak and so I often had to go outside towards the office to get a connection which would be really unpleasant during winter. There are no kitchen supplies at all. There is no mat at the entry way so no means to wipe one's feet.

Review 57：We were expecting a pool for the kids. One of the pictures we had seen was a white chainlink fence around what appeared to be a pool, but the pool was filled in 4 years ago. There was no Kleenex and no coffee maker in the rooms. The rooms were damp and very humid after taking a shower. They children's play area consisted of 1 set of monkey bars and that was it.

Review 59：The mattress was old and lumpy, should have been replaced long ago. Only two pillows were provided for the bed. Four pillows would have been better. The motel is old and needs some renovations. The cupboard door below the sink was duct taped shut, and there was a bit of rust showing under the outer lip of the bathtub. The bathroom tap dripped non-stop. In the kitchenette they should provide a few dishes and a pot.

Review 61：The staff was a little bit grumpy, but maybe he was just having a bit of a bad day. All-in-all, fantastic stay and great price.
Review 62：It was an extremely clean room. For an older motel, I was very impressed by the level of upkeep. It was close enough to town that you could go in whenever, but not too close that you heard the city noises all night. We went from Ottawa to go to the drive-in in Kingston, but the weather didn't cooperate so we had a great night just staying in, relaxing and watching TV (there is cable).
Review 63：The room had a kitchenette which was shown on the website when we booked the room. This was the reason we chose that particular room. On arrival the kitchenette had no cooking utensils, no pans or plates whatsoever making it virtually useless to prepare even a cup of coffee or a basic meal in the room. The room and kitchenette has great potential with stove, microwave, sink and fridge. Staff indicated that equipment was not supplied as it was frequently stolen. Maybe a deposit or bond arrangement to borrow equipment from the front desk could be considered for those that wish to use these facilities.
