Review 1：Just arrived I left the keys of my car to reception for parking safe by their garage man in the private garage. When my car return, i found two rims car damaged and the pneumatics cut. I have spoken with the "lady" i think the owner... (I don't know her name)... Like A-Team... B.A. ,bad attitude!!! Anyway Lady I'll ne back...!!!

Review 4：2 minor issues: Entire hotel was overheated, including room which did not have individual temperature control. Fortunately, the room had a balcony and windows that actually opened. It was difficult to shower without flooding entire bathroom.

Review 5：Super convenient location if you travel by train. Very friendly front desk staff, eager to assist. Comfortable big bed. Single room is large by European standards. Stair and elevator access to rooms. Lovely breakfast included in the room price and great coffee. Speedy wireless internet throughout the hotel.

Review 8：Our hotel room was clean, comfortable and had a nice balcony with beautiful mountain views. We really enjoyed the decor of the room, lots of wood and exposed beams. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located near the train station--less then a one or two minute walk to the station. The entire staff was very pleasant, efficient, and spoke English.

Review 11：We arrived just past 11am, and the reception said that check-in time is 2pm, and although the room can be ready a bit earlier, we should keep our bags at the reception and come back in at least an hour. The staff said this in a courteous manner and I can certainly understand the policy, yet the hotel is obviously quite empty and it would certainly leave a much better impression if they can offer a bit more flexibility and convenience to guests. It would also be nice if there can be a fridget and tea/coffee making facilities inside the room.

Review 12：The hotel is just opposite the station but still very quiet and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfy, and breakfast was lovely with quality choices.
