Review 1：Second time there and the elevator is still not working. A long walk to 4th floor. Would be nice to have a hot breakfast.

Review 12：Parking space is not sufficient. Some guests including ourselves had to park off hotel grounds one of the nights during our stay.

Review 13：The staff is very helpful and polite. The place has been renovated and carpets are clean and they don't feel soggy.

Review 14：The lady at the desk had to get our TV to work. Using the remote would not connect. Most times it took repeated efforts to get the connection and always using the buttons on the side, not the remote. We would have liked two chairs so that one person did not have to watch TV from the bed.

Review 15：The location is nice, away from the tourist areas and the busy downtown. The building is small and the rooms are very quiet and clean.

Review 16：The room was adequate but definitely not worth the price. It was more expensive than a nicer hotel and definitely not worth it. Our room wasn't cleaned our first day. The continental breakfast was poor and had very little. The manager at the hotel was very rude as my 5 year old daughter came with me as well on the trip and they charged me an extra $20.00 per night for her to be there along with my other 2 girls. He would not even consider dropping that charge and was loud and somewhat aggressive. Would not recommend.

Review 17：the bed was showing wear in the mattress and the Wi-Fi seemed intermittent...The blow dryer worked for 1min then had to cool for 3 before it would work for another minute
