Review 1：After I checked out of the hotel and turned in my key, I was locked out of the lobby. I needed to get back in to look for an item left in the room, but could not contact anyone to let me back in.

Review 3：Staff not very friendly. Breakfast very poor, not worthy for the price. Probably best price for Gstaad that surely is a very expensive location, but they could improve on this point. Quite far from downtown.

Review 8：Do not expect else from what is written on the 1st part of my review. This is not a hotel for jet sets / in the middle of the Promenade / apres - ski enthusiasts. It is just a 3 stars hotel which is jot bad at all.
Review 9：For a 3 stars hotel this is a proper one. Well located near Gstaad, clean, room size is good, breakfast is very simple but works. The hotel is fairly new with a simple decoration. If you need something like that come to this hotel. For a couple with kids it is quite good given the room size, but do not expect a brilliant service like a 5 stars hotel.
Review 10：No wifi in rooms, only close to reception and with very bad connection. Receptionist (maybe owner) has the worst attitude and no interest in helping. She wouldn't let us have breakfast at 10.01am (literally) as breakfast is served until 10am....... finally she agreed to let us join the other 2 couples that were having breakfast (the place was empty and breakfast nothing special). Try any of the hotels in Saanen, much better value for money and you are 5 minutes away from Gstaad.

Review 13：Great location, right off hotel bellevue in Gstaad. About 15min walking into town or 3-5min taxi, 15min taxi max to palace or alpina 17chf fix rate. Hotel cozy and clean. family run. Great heat system and lighting, view, we are in the cow theme room, huge suite spacious. Bathroom floor heated very good and room carpet floor very clean.

Review 50：in a lovely location a bit out of the main village but a nice walk into town either via the road or the river. However I didn't feel very welcome at the Hotel. it seemed like the quiet time of the year maybe and not many guests. nfelt like I was in the way most of the time. The breakfast was very average and it was a race to get it before the flies. I overheard many guest comment about the flies.
Review 51：It was a very pretty area, relaxing for a short stay. Mybstaybwas only 4 days l'm spent it visiting the cable car lifts, and the villages close by. The village is beautiful, clean and easybtonget around. Little English is spoken but there is always a way to communicate.
Review 52：Location is bad, it's a 15 - 20min walk from the center There is hardly any staff: housekeeping showed up at 5pm when we were already back at the hotel and needed to get ready for the evening. Reception wouldn't call me a taxi but just gave me a taxi number to call myself. Also, one morning I had a bad headache and asked them for an Aspirin, they said they don't have any and I should go buy some in the center. It's ok for as a budget hotel, but not for 250 a night.

Review 55：We liked the surrrounding mountains around the hotel with the cows grazing in the field giving it a peacefull country scene. The old town of Gstaad about 1 mile away is a nice place to visit and most of the old chalets have been renovated into stores and coffee shops. Driving on the narrow and twisting mountain road is exciting!
