Review 1：don't let anyone in the room. we had a plumber while we were out and he looked thru our stuff for money. staff didn't do anything about it. wifi doesnt work in rooms. go there only if you have nowhere else to sleep.

Review 3：Bad wifi, it's located on a very busy street and it was extremely loud one night (Saturday) so we couldn't sleep, they have recently painted the walls so the smell of paint was constantly in the room

Review 5：Unpolite staff: they lose our reservation and also those of others hosts; first they gave us an awfull and old room with the view on a courtyard and when i asked to chamge with another one (cause we paid for one with the view on the lake) they gave us a twin room much cheaper than what we paid for. The breakfast is not good and not fresh and there wasn't even water to drink.

Review 10：Location in center of town, near the casino, shops and lake. Clean comfortable bed, good for a one night stop.

Review 11：Jessica and the rest of the staff upfront were amazing. Going above and beyond. Specifically, I left my phone in the Airport Shuttle and realized this when entering the hotel. Jessica immediately jumped on the phone and tracked down my iPhone. This wouldn't happen anywhere else in the world, but she pulled it off.
