Review 16：One employee should stay at the pool when people are there or check if they need to order or need something every 15 minutes. There is a phone, but the pool park really needs a person there to serve. The guys clean and leave. Pls translate to Portuguese, Both languages.

Review 18：The use of the sauna was un certain, and improved signs would help. Not sure how frequently the pool was being cleaned, a little dirty.
Review 19：NIce location with good view over the canal, pleasant beach walk on the doorstep, with many old buildings to make the area interesting. Convenient to both the canal side restuarants and the Fort Beach and estuary area.

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents.
