Review 1：Room key would not work on the back door near our room. Very inconvenient with a dog to go in and out. Had to go around to the lobby door in bad weather. Staff not very helpful in resolving this.

Review 2：Room was good for couple and large dog. Good area to walk dog. Location convenient to highway and places we needed to go to.

Review 3：We asked for an extra chair to enjoy a takein dinner. None were available. So one of us stood to eat. Also no alarm clock. Also bathtub drain didn't drain well at all. No continental breakfast.

Review 5：It was an older hotel that needs updating. You can hear everyone walking in the hall ways. We had problems with our keys needing to be re-programmed a few times in the week.

Review 6：The location and the price was good. It is close to the University. The restaurant Angel's was nice.

Review 7：The only problem was with two people and only one chair it meant the other had to sit on the bed to watch the TV. It would be nicer if there was a second chair

Review 10：I had booked two rooms through booking.com But they only had one room booked Reception was a bit rude as hotel was booked I asked to use computer to go to my email He said he'd do it on his end and made me give him my email and password But after i went to the mobile site and had booking.com email my confirmation he miraculously found the booking on their online site In the end we got our two rooms but my parents and i were not impressed with how it was handled I have here many times This is a first for me And hopefully last

Review 12：The hotel was clean and staff welcoming. We had a short stay to help our son move back to school, found the hotel comfortable, secure and had a pleasant stay.

Review 13：There was a person in the front disk, it seems that he does not know how to smile. Also, there was a lot of noise in the night, somebody was running, others yelling laughing and calling names loudly, that was very strange.

Low rise building with no visible hotel sign, as well as room with a view on an ugly parking lot let you know where you arrived...

Review 25：There were areas of the room that needs attention example the build up of dust and dirt around the night table and the dresser. Also the parking area needs some work as in replacing the surface as it makes the building look bad, a long with the rusted early 70's car that is sitting in the parking area just rusting away and two flat tires. This makes it look like a dumping site for vehicles not road worthy.

Review 27：I was not impress wiht the room that they give us.... I did pay the extra becouse we brought our small dog, so I excpected to have a nice room clean room.... But I found out they give the smoking rooms to people that bring a dog, so they don't have to get the room clean twice even though you are paying the extra for that reason..... I did get a semi smocking room... I ask to change the room wich they did, but still smells like smoke!!!

Review 28：It wasa good place to stay, didn't have the coninental breakfast but just beside the hotel there's a Restaruant wich it was awesome excelent food and staff!

Review 29：The room smelled of cigarette smoke, since people sat outside our bedroom window and smoked. We are non-smokers. A half hearted verbal apology was what we received from management for raising the concern.

Review 105：Truck used the parking overnight as well, this can give noise. Sliding doors (ground floor) / window - I was not able to open it. Old cherry on the floor (not cleaned), also a stone from a peach on the floor (and stayed there all 7 days): cleaning can be better! Noisy fridge.

Review 113：The staff was absolutely rude and was continuously bothering me during my stay. One of the workers exclaimed she had given me and my guests a warning however it was the first one we had received. Upon checking out I had been informed I was being charged an extra $60 due to noise complaints. Front desk was extremely rude and just by telling from her tone it made me feel not welcomed. Me and my guests were not loud but after explaining to her it was the room down the hall she didn't care for what I had to say. I have stayed in various hotels, no hotel has charged me additional fees. It was great place to stay but, customer service was terrible.
