Review 1：Rooms were definitively not up to 5* standard and need to be updated(and cleaner), if this hotel was really in Swiss rooms would be 2 or max 3*.

Review 2：Very kind and helpful staff. Food was good. Nice area for (short) hikes with a view.

Review 5：I decided to surprise my wife on our eighteen wedding aniversary and a friend suggested this place. We were pleasently surprised! It was a great experience! The hotel team were great! We usually complain of the quality of service offered in Brazil... Usually slow and poor... But this was not the case at Fazenda Rosa dos Ventos... As an example, the Bar Man when we arrived volunteered to show us around the hotel and make some recommendations. At night he would make great suggestions, and when it came to wine he also was on target with his advice. At the SPA, both my wife and I agreed that the relaxing massage was one of the best we had in years... In a nut shell, we had a wonderful weekend! We will definitely come back!

Review 8：Dark and antique decoration on internal ambients. They could inform that fondue eand raclete dinner have to be reserved until 18:00. Time for lunch (15:00) and dinner (22:00) are too early, there are a lot to do outside and I had to got out of the swimming pool to have lunch.

Review 10：We arrived 3pm at the hotel, without lunch, and there were nothing to eat. The tea was not enouth for two people. I asked before if I should order two and the man said that it would be weel served, but wasn´t. We had to wait until 8pm to have something real to eat.

Review 14：excellent! thanks for all stuff !!! there were guys to take care about our little baby while we had delicious cocktail in the bar (with life music) , and gourmet dinner in the restaurent. they have wonderful area around hotel : hills, lake , horses.....he really had very good time there
